Story
Meet Wynetta 💕 Wynetta is a spirited, high energy girl who is ready to find a family that can keep up with her enthusiasm for life. Found as a stray, she hasn’t let her past define her and is focused on all the exciting adventures ahead. She is incredibly sweet and loves being around her people. Wynetta can get a little jumpy when she is excited because she just has so much love to share. For that reason, she would do best in a home with children over 12 who can handle her enthusiastic greetings. With consistency and positive reinforcement, she is going to thrive. She is already spayed and ready to head home with her forever family. Wynetta is eager to learn and ready for training, structure, and plenty of exercise. Long walks, hikes, playtime, and learning new tricks will help her shine. She is looking for someone who will channel her energy in positive ways and enjoy having a fun, active companion by their side. If you are searching for a loyal, energetic best friend who will keep you smiling and, on your toes, Wynetta may be the perfect match for you 💗

Story
Jada is roughly 12 years old. I adopted her when she was about 2 years old. She is a great, loyal dog but does come with fear aggression. I had her professionally trained in 2018. She is extremely playful and treat motivated. She loves being outdoors and exploring. Since adopting her, I have gotten married and now have 2 young children. Due to her history of fear aggression, she is not trusted around my kids which is the main motivator to rehome her. She would thrive best in a home without children or other pets. My husband and I are searching for a home for her where she will have an exceptional quality of life during her final years.

Story
Meet Weston. He is 8 weeks old. He is part of a litter of 9 that was dumped in a Nature Reserve. Weston's breeds are unknown but his looks and personality remind us of a Border Collie mix, maybe with a Pitbull mix.Weston loves other dogs, and kids. He is curious of cats but is scared to approach. He's smart as a whip, learning potty training like a champ! Weston already knows to sit and loves to be cuddled. He also loves balls to play with. He's a leader for sure. He sits for his food but only after he barks with excitement. He knows when he's asked to go to bed and goes to his crate (although sometimes he runs away like 'nope not time for bed yet').He makes his foster mama laugh hard every day. If you would like to add this little bundle of joy to your family, you can apply to meet him at ricopetrecovery.org. The adoption fee for Weston is $350. The fee includes the first two sets of puppy shots. The adopter is responsible for the 3rd and 4th sets of puppy shots and any subsequent veterinary care. The adoption fee also includes the neuter surgery and a microchip at our partner veterinarian when he is old enough to be neutered.

Story
Meet Finn. He is 8 weeks old. Finn is part of a litter of 9 that was dumped in a Nature Reserve. He is seriously the most chill puppy. He loves to nap as much as he loves to play. He's a curious Lil guy but then gets scared of his own shadow. He likes alone time after a short time of playing and will go off to nap while the others play. The sweetest thing Finn does is when you hold him he hugs you with his paws on both sides of your neck and lays his head on your shoulder to sleep. Finn's breed mix is unknown. But based on his looks and personality he looks like a border Collie mix, maybe with a Pittbull mix. Finn is just the sweetest soul. You can apply to meet Finn at ricopetrecovery.org. The adoption fee for Finn is $350. The fee includes the first two sets of puppy shots. The adopter is responsible for the 3rd and 4th sets of puppy shots and any subsequent veterinary care. Meet Jupiter. He is 8 weeks old. Jupiter is part of a litter of 9 that was dumped in a Nature Reserve. He is Spunky but gentle and kind. Jupiter LOVES to be held as much as he loves to play. He is super funny and playful yet knows how to be chill and gentle when you ask him too. He loves other dogs and kids. He is curious about cats but scared to approach. Jupiter knows when he's asked to go to bed and goes to his crate, although reluctantly because he wants more snuggles. He's the best out of his siblings at potty training. He always wants to be a 'good boy'. He just loves to love!If you would like to add this little bundle of joy to your family, you can apply to meet him at ricopetrecovery.org. Story
Hey there, I'm Van. I am a 55 pound border collie lab mix, and about a year and a half old. I'm a pretty big guy and still have lots of puppy energy, but I am calming down a bit! I am very sweet and great with everyone. I love kids but because I am big and energetic, I probably shouldn't live with small children. I also love to learn so I would be a great dog for someone wanting to do agility, sports or even running with me. Hurry up and apply for me. I look forward to meeting you! Every PAWS dog is loved, vetted, and ready for a fresh start February 16, 2026, 9:16 am

Story
Meet Crystal, a beautiful 1½-year-old white cattle dog mix who’s ready to trade in her mom duties for a little “me time!” After raising a litter of adorable pups, Crystal is eager to be the star of the show and find a home where she can shine. True to her breed, Crystal is happiest when she’s outside with room to run and explore. She loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with canine friends and plenty of space to stretch her legs. After a good play session, this energetic girl is all about the snuggles — her affectionate side is just as strong as her adventurous one. If you’re looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion who’s full of life and love, Snuggly Crystal might just be your perfect match!

Story
Hello everyone, this is benji, He is a 19 week old aussie mix. Unfortunately things have taken a turn and we are in a position where we have to rehome this little guy. he is a very hyper boy and will need as much space as possible. All recent shots have been given and dewormers. We will provide the crate and some toys and bowls..we’d prefer him to go somewhere with alot of space or just someone that can give him a lot of time and training for his energy level
