Alaska is building confidence and is doing great on a leash. She responds beautifully to patience and kindness, and one of her favorite things is being talked to. A soft voice reassures her and helps her feel connected. Because of her past, sudden movements, especially above her head, can still frighten her, and she’ll instinctively cower.
