Story
Sonny is a wonderful dog. He is actually our son's dog and unfortunately our son and his wife went through a divorce and our son is not able to care for him on an ongoing basis. This has left us to care for him. We are on in years and are not able to care for him. He is a lovely, energetic, very gentle dog who is wonderful around children. He is very active although we are not able to be active enough for him. He actually never barks, and we've only heard him bark a couple of times when he's excited because somebody comes over to the house and it's never in anger. He's an exceedingly quiet dog and would never give anybody any bother. He has never been angry and has never bitten anyone. In fact I believe he's the perfect dog. I think he needs more activity than we give him. He's incredibly affectionate and he's very intelligent. He's quite well trained and will sit, heel and come by spoken word. He really is a lovely dog.

Buddy is very intelligent playful energetic puppy! He was gifted to us after we lost our 9 years old Shih-Tzu. Buddy was born July 2025 on farm in CA. We brought him with us after we visited CA last fall. Buddy is in excellent health. He’s regularly dewormed and constantly receiving flea and tick preventative treatments. We are busy family with 3 kids, due to us being away for most of the day Buddy is home by himself. Given his breed mix, Buddy is incredibly intelligent and eager to learn. He would flourish in an active household, ideally one with experience in training intelligent breeds. He’s healthy eater, loves when kids share their food with him, in addition was fed high quality organic food. We are not asking for rehoming fee but please only serious inquiries. Buddy is such a joy to be around and deserves the family that will love Him !!!

This dog's bio is coming soon! All About Animals Rescue and Transport is a 501c3 registered nonprofit based in Conway, South Carolina. We rescue dogs from euthanasia lists and overcrowded shelters, as well as take in strays, surrenders, litters of puppies and nursing moms, and the cases that get so often overlooked. We are a foster based rescue, so all of our dogs are in foster homes in the Myrtle Beach area. When you apply for one of our dogs, if approved, you will be contacted by the foster for a meet and greet. We also hold adoption events to meet more of our pups at once! All adoptions begin with an application :https://linktr.ee/aaart1082 Adoption fees include age appropriate vaccines, microchip, deworming, and spay/neuter (scheduled if too young.). While we do adopt out of state, all of our dogs are in foster homes in the Myrtle Beach area. We require in person meet and greets and do not provide transport. Thank you for choosing to rescue!
