Story
Looking to rehome my 1 and a half year old Border Collie mix. She’s a very sweet dog. I originally got her as an emotional support dog but was unable to properly socialize her so it’s causing more stress than I can handle. She’s not good with strangers. She’s okay with most dogs. She’s up to date on her shots. She’s an excellent guard dog, loves cuddles, knows how to sit, lay down, paw and we are working on wait. She will come when asked. Her name is Penelope. If interested let me know. We can meet a few times to get her acquainted with you before you take her home to ensure y’all are compatible. Ideal home would have lots of space to play/run cause she loves that and somewhere where she can have a lot of attention. I’ve had her since she was 8 weeks and I got her from a friend. She is good with anyone in the household but not a fan of strangers.

Story
Maximus is a senior boy with a young spirit. He has been a loyal boy for the last 12 years of our lives, and we want him to finish out the last of his years with lots of cuddles, walks, and treats. The decision to rehome our sweet boy has not been easy, but is necessary for the wellbeing of our growing family. Maximus can be anxious and protective of his food bowl, which we have managed until recently when our baby became mobile. He has never been aggressive with my husband or I, but should only be in a home with adults or children over 8 years old. He does not get along with other dogs due to a lack of socialization early in his life. He is also nervous around the vacuum. He does, however, live with our cat peacably. Max is an absolute people lover. He is active, goofy, and obedient. He is in great health for his age and well house trained. He responds to commands. We will desperately miss our good boy, but we know there is better out there for his final years!

Story
Bronx was adopted from the Humane Society of Silicon Valley (HSSV) on April 23, 2023. He was 11 weeks old and weighed 9.20 lbs. and presumed to be a Border Collie Mix but staff was unsure what he was mixed with. Since his adoption he has completed the required Puppy Training course provided by HSSV while also receiving continued training by his family. Bronx is potty trained, knows the basic commands (sit, stay, leave it, etc..) but could benefit from more extensive and regular training and strong leadership from pack leader or family. Bronx loves to run, fetch and socialize with other dogs and people. He has been trained to be both on and off leash and responds to commands when off leash; but keep in mind he's still a puppy and sometimes gets distracted and may need commands repeated. Bronx also can get a little over excited when it comes to meeting other dogs and people and may jump on them or at them to greet them. BRONX IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA.

Story
Talua is 5 a month old collie/pyrenees mix! She was posted online, original owner made it very clear he was getting rid of her even if no one was there to pick her up. I decided to foster her until she found her forever home! She’s very sweet, kind of clingy but it’s cute, does great with other dogs and cats! Very very playful, definitely needs a big yard and someone with the patience and time to play with her. She takes a little bit to warm, very very smart!!! She has a really good recall so she will be safe off leash (won’t run away) please let me know if you have any other questions! *fee is just what I paid for her toys, food, bowls and other things that she will go home with!

Dora is the best dog and a perfectly lovely girl in all respects. She came from a terrible background and nearly froze to death before she was saved from a very high kill shelter. Today, she's all smiles all the time, romping and playing with her many friends at Dogtown Ranch while she waits for her perfect family to come along. Could that be you? Call us today and let's put Dora under your Christmas tree...you couldn't find a better dog to join the family and raise kids with. Dora is like living with a happily ever after Disney movie.May 22, 2024, 5:48 am

Hazel – 9-Week-Old Heeler Mix | Tiny Explorer with a Big Personality Hazel is pure puppy joy wrapped up in a tiny, speckled package! This adventurous little Heeler mix is so entertaining to watch — she bounces, pounces, and zooms after anything that moves like it’s her full-time job. Leaves, toys, shadows… if it runs, Hazel is on it. She’s curious about everything and always ready for her next “mission,” which makes her a blast to have around. Hazel would love a home that enjoys an active, playful puppy and will help channel her smart, energetic brain with training, toys, and fun adventures. After she’s done conquering the world for the day, she’s happy to crash and recharge for her next round of puppy shenanigans. If you’re looking for a spirited, funny, and fearless little sidekick, Hazel is your girl! She is being fostered in Texas but can be transported.
