Charles is a shy, but loveable goofball. He is 10 months old so he is still full of puppy energy. He does well with training and already knows many commands and tricks (sit, down, crate/bed, stay, come, touch nose, shake, and spin, to name a few!). He has some stranger-danger fear and is on anti-anxiety medication. He LOVES other dogs and would do best in a home with another dog for him to play with. He gets along just fine with cats (although he likes them more than they like him). He has not had exposure to kids, and would likely do better in an adult only household.

Sweet, Wiggly, and Full of Personality Tuxedo Cake is new to us, and the following information comes from the prior shelter and her previous owner. When approached in her kennel, she was excited and wiggly, clearly happy to have company. She was easy to leash and eager to head out to the yard, where her playful side came out, along with a touch of shyness. She loves petting, enjoys toys, and spent much of her time hanging out right by her person. There was some barking at dogs passing by, but overall she preferred staying close and soaking up attention. She returned to her kennel without any issues. Her previous owner shared that Tuxedo Cake loves water and toys and is a very sweet girl who doesn’t quite realize her own size. She was surrendered because her owner didn’t have enough time, through nothing the dog did. Tuxedo Cake brings a happy mix of playfulness and affection and is ready to keep showing us who she is as she settles in.
