Story
Mango is a Boston Terrier mix with a sweet heart, a little sass, and the zoomies of a caffeinated squirrel. She can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but once she decides you’re safe… congratulations, you’ve been promoted to official couch snuggle partner. Her favorite activities include: • Cuddling in bed like she pays the mortgage • Zoomies around the house at random intervals • Being chauffeured in her stroller like the royalty she is • Collecting shoes and shoelaces for… reasons she refuses to explain Mango currently lives in a bustling foster home with 4 big adult dogs, 4 cats, and younger foster puppies, and she handles it like a pro. She respectfully waits while the big dogs eat and happily enjoys her own meals from her bowl like a polite little lady. She’s already learned “sit” and is working on potty training. She also has a deep appreciation for rope toys, stuffed toys, and cozy cuddle spots. Mango would do best with a family that understands that shy pups just need a little patience and love to blossom. Once she feels safe, she turns into a snuggly, silly, zoomie-powered best friend. Local adoption fee is $250(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Looking for a little dog with a whole lot of heart? Meet Ian! Ian is a 1.5-year-old black and white sweetheart who proves every day that a rough start does not define your future. This pint-sized boy previously suffered a hip injury, which has healed beautifully, and his happy, playful spirit never missed a beat. Ian is fun, boisterous, and full of contagious joy. He loves attention, enjoys romping around with his toys, and is always ready for a cuddle when playtime winds down. He does well with other dogs and would make a wonderful addition to a home with canine friends. Ian also loves his food and is happily not picky. He eats from a slow-feeder bowl to help him enjoy his meals at a healthy pace and aid digestion. Medical Transparency (the important but reassuring part): Ian has Diabetes Insipidus, which is not the same as diabetes mellitus. This condition affects how his body concentrates urine and has nothing to do with blood sugar. • Oral medication only — no shots or injections • Takes medication twice daily to maintain healthy urine concentration and support full bladder emptying • Medication may be lifelong or temporary, depending on future veterinary guidance • Medication cost can vary depending on the veterinarian or pharmacy • Needs frequent potty breaks Ian does wonderfully on his routine and is otherwise a happy, active, affectionate young dog. He is looking for a loving home that will appreciate his joyful personality and continue his simple daily care so he can thrive for years to come. Are you ready to give this resilient, playful boy the forever home he deserves? Basic Info: Male, 1 yr old, Boston Terrier/Chihuahua, Coat: Black and White, neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots and preventions, preventatives. Local adoption fee (Texas) - $200 Out of state adoption (includes transport to your area) ‐ $450

Story
Courtesy Post. To apply for Freckles please visit Northwest Rescue Collective, www.northwestrescuecollective.com Adoption Fee $250 Meet Freckles 10-year-old Boston Terrier Freckles is a confident, playful little Boston with a wonderful off-switch. She enjoys daily walks and interactive time, but she’s equally happy relaxing nearby once her needs are met. She’s currently thriving in a foster home with other pets and does best with structure, routine, and clear boundaries. What Freckles is like: • Confident, playful, and affectionate once she feels safe • Walks well on leash and enjoys daily outings • Good with cats • Does best with small, neutered male dogs • Can be reactive to larger dogs and female dogs • Prefers a calm environment and respectful handling • Does not like being picked up • Bonds closely with her person and enjoys companionship Ideal home: Freckles would do best in a calm home with adults or older teens who understand dog behavior and will respect her boundaries. She can live happily in an apartment or a house, as long as she gets daily walks and a consistent routine. She would be happiest as an only dog or with a small, neutered male dog. No large dogs or female dogs, please. The important details: • Spayed • Up to date on vaccines • Currently working on basic obedience • Fostered in a home with other pets Freckles is sensitive and may need slow introductions to new people and environments, but once she feels safe, she is deeply affectionate and loyal. She’s looking for a patient, dog-savvy adopter who values routine, positive reinforcement, and mutual trust. If you’re looking for a mature companion with personality, presence, and a whole lot of love to give — Freckles may be your perfect match.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.**Hercules** Meet Hercules This sweet, young French Bulldog-Chihuahua boy is a total lapdog and cuddler. He lives for cuddling, running in the sun with his foster siblings, going for walks, and playing with his toys. Hercules came to us extremely shy and traumatized by his shelter experience. Once he understood he was safe, his whole body wiggled with love and affection. Hercules is young, trainable, and a willing learner. He is adventurous, loves people and dogs and will make someone who has the time and willingness to explore with hercules, and excellent take everywhere companion. while he loves exploring, Hercules is equally at home cuddling on the couch while you enjoy a movie.   **Adopting Hercules**   To adopt Hercules, please use the link below. One of our volunteers will review your application and follow up with you to ask questions, address any concerns, and determine whether you are a good match for this pup. If a match is made, the next step will be a meet-and-greet. Please use a computer to complete the application, as tablets and cell phones may disrupt the process. Kiwi has transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble and focuses on a healthy, canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate his adopters on proper diet and nutrition. The adoption fee for Hercules is $650 and includes his vaccines, rabies, and a microchip. Hercules is not yet neutered. We are working to get him an appointment. If not scheduled by adoption, we will work with the adopter to get him in.   www.rompinpawsrescue.com     Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 9, 2026, 9:34 pm
