Hi! I’m Lily! I was found behind a church dumpster with my puppy, starving and barely surviving. My puppy got adopted but I’ve been in boarding since the summer! I’m now thriving in my foster home with my foster brothers! I love to play, nap, cuddle and run around the backyard. I’m a strong girl who wants a family of her own. Meet Landon! - adoption application found here, www.outriderdogsrescue.com/adoption-application Landon is an 8 week old male Boxer/Lab X. We estimate he will be a typical Boxer size of 60lbs +. Landon is such a good boy, being fostered with many other dogs and young kids and is a great travel, take along with you companion. He is incredibly smart and doing great with potty and crate training! He is such a snuggle baby, loves to rough house play and then take a mean nap. He is going to make a family very happy! Landon is working on crate and obedience training but we always recommend further training upon adoption with pups this age. Landon is neutered, on schedule with his puppy vaccinations, microchipped and dewormed. If you are interested in adopting Landon, please fill out an application on our website, listed at the beginning of this bio. Thank you for choosing adoption! Outrider Dogs Rescue

Story
Vaughn is ready to discover her furever home! Vaughn came to us in a challenging state, but we've worked tirelessly to transform her into the perfect companion she is today. She's undergone several life-changing surgeries, including bilateral cherry eye surgery and bilateral entropion surgery, and has also been spayed and completed Heartworm treatment - what a triumph! Vaughn does require daily eye drops for dry eye(3x), but she's incredibly resilient. Despite potential sight issues due to her past, she's learned to adapt just fine. We estimate Vaughn is between 2-5 years old, and her unique blend of Boxer, Bulldog, and probably Pitbull heritage makes her a true gem. This stunning 55-60lb lady has overcome incredible obstacles, and her remarkable spirit shines through. Vaughn is eager to meet her forever family, and we're confident you'll fall deeply in love with her. She's thrived in social interactions with dogs, but we recommend a home without kitties or small kids. Visit wwk9rescue.com to submit an application and be a part of Vaughn's bright future! 🥰

Story
PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.❣️Stevie is urgent! She was adopted from us as a puppy and unfortunately finds herself needing a new home. PLEASE SHARE! Key info:•Good with other dogs•Good with cats•4 years old, mixed breed•House trained, crate trained•Very sweet and loving•Loves walks and is great on the leash•She can't live with young children. •Spayed, UTD on vaccines, on preventatives, and heartworm negative. *Her family has had a series of events that have led to Stevie needing a new home. The following is from Stevie's mom and is long but paints the picture of what has transpired in the past year or so. Stevie is a 4 year old 'super' mutt ( per Embark DNA test!) ( pitbull, boxer, german shepherd, bulldog and just overall GREAT DOG) We adopted her through Adopt a Stray when she was only 3 months old. She was found in a well in the rain and she was one of the surviving siblings. Stevie is very sweet and loving- we joke around and say she 'loves so hard,' because she kisses and cuddles with all of her being. She grew up in a home with a very submissive golden retriever. They have been best friends. Stevie likes to wrestle, play fetch, run around and cuddle. When I was pregnant, Stevie was very protective of me. Laying on my belly, crying when I wasn't in the room and jumping on people to get to me. We began behavioral training to address all of these issues. The training unexpectedly came to a stop when I went into labor while visiting another state. I gave birth at only 23 weeks pregnant and my daughter had a 4 month NICU stay. During this time, the dogs were safe and happy with the dog sitter. We were set to return home when we found our house flooded and filled with black mold. The house had to be gutted and the dogs stayed with the sitter for another 9 months while the house was rebuilt. 3 weeks ago, we were finally reunited with Stevie after 13 months apart. She came home to a new house, new furniture, new smells and a brand new human sibling who was about a year old. She has not been herself over the last 3 weeks. She cries around the clock, she paces furiously and just seems to be crawling out of her skin. When the baby cries or we show her attention, Stevie gets upset. We are worried that once the baby starts crawling (any day now) that it will increase her anxiety and we fear for our baby's safety. We have spoken to 3 trainers who all agree that re-homing her is the best option. Stevie has gone back to the dog sitter until a new home can be found. She has been her usual happy self since going back to the sitter. It is possible that Stevie struggled going back with her family due to the new baby, brand new home, and readjusting to being with her people whom she had not lived with in over a year. A lot of changes! She is in great health- no issues. She has a ton of energy and loves to run around the yard. She loves walks and is great on the leash. She truly is a very special dog and it makes us so so sad to think of life without her. If you've gotten this far, thank you for reading and please please share!! Story
Meet George, a one-year-old goofball with a heart full of love and a body that seems to be powered entirely by joy. George is the kind of puppy who believes the world exists to be loved, kissed, and played with, preferably all at once. From the moment you meet him, he wiggles his whole squishy little body straight into your space, climbs right into your lap, and reminds you that no one is a stranger—just a friend he hasn’t kissed yet. His sweet, goofy puppy smile and endlessly wagging, longgg tail (which functions more like a propeller) make it impossible not to fall for him instantly. George absolutely adores people. He is affectionate, cuddly, and so eager to be part of whatever you’re doing. He would be thrilled to be your shadow, your couch companion, your adventure buddy, and your reason to laugh every single day. Despite his busy puppy energy, he has a soft, loving side and is happiest when he’s close to his humans, soaking up attention and giving out kisses like it’s his full-time job. Watch his video, then you'll officially be in love! https://youtu.be/slAlUsSrZpc?si=DIMvZoA5PTxIgSY2 When George isn’t loving on his people, he is playing—because play is truly his greatest passion in life. He is incredibly dog-friendly and greets every dog the exact same way: an immediate play bow, lots of kisses, and then straight into joyful chaos. Confident dogs, shy dogs, playful dogs, aloof dogs—George loves them all. He is a rough-and-rowdy, pushy puppy player who thrives with dogs that enjoy that style of play. He loves running, chasing games, tug, sharing toys, and even lazy play sessions. One of his most endearing quirks is his signature move of ducking under things like they’re his own personal tunnels, because clearly that’s the more fun route. George currently lives with multiple dogs and does great in a pack, and he would absolutely love having dog siblings in his future home. That said, he also loves his people just as much and could be happy as an only dog if his humans are ready to keep him engaged and active. George is still very much a puppy and comes with all that happy, bouncy energy. He walks beautifully on leash and checks in constantly, turning to you with eye contact when you say “let’s go,” making him a wonderful companion for walks, outings, and adventures. He would be the perfect dog to take everywhere with you, always ready for the next experience as long as he’s by your side. He does live with cats and approaches them with sweet, goofy intentions, but he can be a little too playful at times. He doesn’t want to harm them—he just wants them to play, endlessly, even when they are very clearly done. Because of this, a cat-free home would be ideal. However, we do think he could go into a home with kitty friends. If he were to live with cats, he would need a playful dog companion to redirect his energy, along with cats who have safe spaces to escape and take a break. George loves kids and does well with them, but he is a growing boy with a lot of enthusiasm and can be a bit rough in his excitement. Older kids who can handle his bouncy play and occasional hops of love would be the best fit. He would be an amazing family dog; he’s playful and cuddly, the perfect formula for a kiddo’s best friend! As for his future home, George is an extremely adaptable pup. He could do well in an apartment with an active family or in a home with a yard where he can zoom and burn off some of that puppy energy. Continued training will help him channel all that excitement, but his eagerness to engage and love people makes him a joy to work with. George is, at his core, a silly, affectionate, playful little soul who wants nothing more than to love hard and live life to the fullest. If you’re looking for a dog who will make you laugh, keep you moving, and love you with his entire wiggly body, George is ready to be your best friend. 💙 Ready to welcome this goofball into your life?
