Jennings is a 2.5 yr old male Boxer/Staffordshire Terrier mix described as cuddly and happy. He loves to take walks and is even up for a hike. He is old enough to curl up on the couch with his person/family but still has the young energy in him to run and fetch his dog toy with his foster mom. Jennings has controlled obedience and listens to commands given to him. He is very smart and would thrive in a loving home. Jennings is treat-motivated and loves to get affection knowing he has been obedient to his person. Jennings has mastered housetraining and will sleep in a crate but prefers to sleep and cuddle with his person. He does not seem to care about cats. Mack is 6 months old, 55 lb, mixed breed puppy. He is terribly sweet and has been a great house guest. He is amazing with other dogs and loves them all- we think he would benefit from another dog sibling to show him the ropes and help him gain a little confidence. He's doing well with crate training and potty training. He is a bit shy and it takes time to get comfortable with people but he really wants to be with the people. He thinks little, screechy kids are a little overwhelming but would love some older human siblings. Mack is a total gem and would love to meet you. He had been rescued from a bad situation by a Good Samaritan who could not keep him. After spending time in boarding while we searched for a foster home for him, Bishop has spent time in foster-based training. He has done great! Bishop loves his walks, and needs a family who will take him on adventures and continue to introduce him to new people, places, and things. He would love a family who is at home for at least part of the day - a stay-at-home parent, a retired person or couple, or someone who works from home would be ideal for him.
