This striking calico beauty was discovered under a trailer near a mechanic’s shop — malnourished, terrified, and doing everything she could to protect her kittens. A tight, non-breakable plastic collar had embedded into her neck, a harsh reminder of a past that didn’t show her the kindness she deserved. But despite it all, Venus is healing—both physically and emotionally. She’s learning, day by day, that people can be gentle and surroundings can be safe. While she’s still a little reserved when it comes to pets and kisses, she’s made it clear she knows what love looks like: she’ll happily rub up against your legs the second she hears a can of wet food crack open. Venus is an independent soul with quiet strength. She’s not much for toys yet—survival didn’t leave room for play—but we believe with time and patience, she’ll discover how fun the world can be. For now, she enjoys peaceful naps on the piano or sofa, and stretches luxuriously on the floor after a good meal. She’s content sharing her space with other cats and would thrive in a calm, loving home that respects her pace. Cami is ready for her forever home. She’s a beautiful calico girl, born approximately 11/5/2021. Cami’s spine is damaged but she gets around just fine. She does need her bladder and bowels expressed. She’s on a good routine now and spends the day in a diaper and sleeps without a diaper in a kennel at night. She’s a little shy with new people and she loves other gentle kitties. Kalani is a calico kitty. She is very sweet and lovable. She has a lot of energy and loves to run and play with toys and loves interactive toys. She especially loves to bird watch out a window or bat balls across a room. She is shy at first but warms up to people quickly. She doesn't love to be picked up and held, but does love petting and attention and purrs while being petted and will roll onto her back for belly rubs. She gets along with most cats after a very slow introduction. She would do best in a quiet home. Kalani has had a full-mouth extraction due to Stomatitis. We got Beef Stroganoff from a friend when she was 7 weeks last year. She is now 1 years old. She is very playful and has that big kitten like energy. She is talkative and can show you her spicy attitude. Unfortunately we have a older cat that wants nothing to do with her and all she wants to do is play. We want Beef to have a place she can play and be free to roam. Not sure if she should be in a single cat household or maybe with another young playmate.
