Lovey is a stray found in Cleveland, MO. She is skittish at first, but very loving once she is comfortable. She is very eager for attention. She’s a beautiful kitty and very lonely, looking for a safe, consistent place to call home. I do believe she should remain indoors considering how frantic she was while outdoors.

If you look at this little girl’s left ear, you will notice she has an eartip. That means she was trapped from a feral cat colony to be spayed/vaccinated and released. Sometimes we find some that are actually not feral just timid and scared. So, we decided to keep Janie with us and work on her socialization. She has come so far and we all love her but she is still timid and cautious with strangers. She will take a bit of time to trust you but she will and then she is like a dog. She waits for you at the door and is so happy to see you. She gets along good with other cats and loves to play. Give her a chance, you wont be sorry! Janie, girl, born approx. 2017

Fizzgig is a well loved calico shorthair. My blended family and I are moving into a new home in January and she does not get along with his dog. I have several cats that she gets along with and my own Chihuahua that she doesn't really care for. She unfortunately stalks our pug and I'm afraid it'll start and attack within the home. She's a good kitty otherwise and she's litter trained and she's indoor even though she was born outside and lived outdoor until she was weaned. I'm sure she would enjoy going outside if she was chipped and fixed.

Clyde is a very social and outgoing almost 6 years old! I rescued her as a kitten when she was abandoned at the gym I went to. She loves to sleep in bed with her person or sit on your lap while watching tv. She does not like to hide, she likes to be where the people are and observe what is going on. She loves dogs! She had a hard time when her dog best friend passed away a few years ago. She has lots of energy and the most beautiful green eyes. She doesn’t meow, she does little chirps that sound like a bird. My small son and two big dogs that do not like cats are a little too unpredictable for her so we are making the difficult decision to rehome her so she can thrive. Clyde has no health issues, is curious and sweet and will even come when you call her name. If you have a dog that also likes cats she will warm up to her new surroundings even faster.

Monkey, a 13-year-old front-declawed calico kitty, is super sweet and affectionate. Her dad passed away a few months ago and she's in need of a new home now. She would like a home where she gets a lot of attention and love, as her dad was a retired gentleman and doted on her all her life. She sure misses him. Nosey, a younger sister to Monkey, is a 5-year-old, female spayed grey tabby. She's also affectionate and loving and gets along famously with Monkey. They can be adopted into separate homes; however, Nosey does not like any other cats but Monkey, so Nosey will need to be in a single-cat household if these two are separated. This is Kiki, a five-year-old Calico born in the springtime. She is a HUGE cuddle bug and has an incredibly loud purr. Kiki will chat with you sometimes, but isn't super vocal, except when she purrs. She enjoys bunny kicking a Velcro scratcher her dad made for her and will occasionally get the zoomies. As for food, Kiki is a big fan and she's never turned her nose up at a treat! She’s a little shy when meeting new people at first but warms up very quickly. While Kiki gets along well with male cats, kids, and dogs from chihuahua on up, she doesn't like the other female cat in the home (and the feeling is mutual). Her family has tried just about everything to make things work between the girl kitties, but nothing has resolved the hissing matches.
