Calico kittens & cats in Belton, Missouri

This sweet 9-year-old cat is looking for a new home where she can be the only pet. She is healthy with no known medical issues, but she's become stressed living with other cats and would thrive in a calm, animal-free environment. She’s a little shy until she gets comfortable with you. Once she does though she turns into a snuggle buddy. She deserves a peaceful home where she can relax, feel secure, and get all the love and attention she needs.

She is very sweet but has had little bit of hard time with the other cat. Mostly hissing and chasing her. Not bitting or anything. She does still have her claws. I hoping to find some to love her. Like I said she is very sweet and loves to be petted. I have noticed a lot of looks. I am just looking for someone to Love her. Please if someone would give her a chance 😔

Peaches and her son, Onyx, used to fend for themselves outside. A kind person took them in during a blizzard in Kansas City. Now Peaches and Onyx have grown to appreciate the comforts of life indoors and have no desire to venture outside. At about five months old, Onyx is coal black with just a little bit of white on his belly. He appreciates tasty food and playing with toys. He's a brave boy who shows his mama the ropes, letting her know that the world isn't so scary. Onyx is very loving and purrs like a big engine. Peaches is about two years old; she was just a baby herself when she had Onyx, but has learned so much from him. Peaches has started to trust humans and is learning to like pets and scratches. If you're patient with her, Peaches will reward you with her love, attention, and purrs. Both kitties have very good manners and are a joy to have. Peaches and Onyx would do best in an adult-only home with patient people. After all, it's not easy to go from living on the street to having everything you've always wanted right before your eyes: a warm, cozy place to sleep; regular, nutritious meals; fresh water; shelter from the rain and snow; and humans who are nice to you. That's a lot to take in! Call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387 for more info on this bonded pair. They're in the Kansas City metro, but transport might be available to the right home.

Meet Tipper! Remember the outgoing, friendly, genuinely nice kid in school liked by everyone? That's Tipper! She's the class president, the pep squad leader, and the one hugging friends having a rough day. Tipper loves everyone! She's not shy about seeking attention, either. She's a lap kitty through and through: If you go to sit down, she'll be on your lap before your behind hits the cushion. At about 7 years old, Tipper is no "senior" at heart. She's a silly, playful kitty who loves rolling around on the floor with her toys. She's good with other cats. As for the dachshunds in her current home, they've all reached an understanding that ignoring each other is the best course of action. So, if you have respectful dogs that won't be all up in Tipper's business, they will probably do just fine together. You'd never know it when you meet her, but Tipper has had a rough time of it lately. Her owner passed away, and her owner's friend took her in. Somehow, Tipper wound up abandoned in a motel room, malnourished and looking pretty rough. Her owner's dad has Tipper now, but he can't keep her. That's where you enter Tipper's story and give her the happy last chapter of her life. Please call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387 for more info. Tipper is in the Kansas City metro, but transport might be available to the right home.

Hi! My name is Eloise! This is my second time at Purrfect Pets. :( Unfortunately I just cannot stand young children, so if you have anyone at home who is under 5 I just don't think it would work out between us.

I saved Gladys when I worked off duty at a hotel, she had been abused and would not let anyone touch her she was a kitten. But over time she has learned to love and allows herself to be loved

Meet Swayze! This handsome tuxedo gentleman is four years old and ready to steal your heart. Swayze is the definition of loveable — he's a total belly rub connoisseur and will happily flop over for some affection any chance he gets. He doesn't know a stranger, greeting new faces with the same warmth and curiosity he'd give an old friend. Swayze is on a special diet, so his future family will want to keep that in mind and continue his feeding plan. If you're looking for a charming, affectionate companion who's easy to fall in love with, Swayze might just be your perfect match. Come meet him today!

Meet Sade! Sade is a one-year-old sweetheart who loves with her whole heart — and she wants you to know it. This affectionate girl is the definition of a velcro cat. If there's a lap available, she's in it. If you're nearby, she's as close as she can possibly get. And when bedtime rolls around? Don't be surprised to find her curled right up against you, because Sade takes "sleeping with her people" very seriously. She's the kind of cat who makes you feel completely adored — following you from room to room, soaking up every pet, and melting into you the moment you sit still. She even has a signature move: when you lay down, she'll cozy right up on your side like she's been waiting for that moment all day. On top of all that love, Sade gets along beautifully with other animals, making her an easy, joyful addition to just about any home. If you've ever dreamed of a cat who is truly your shadow, your snuggle buddy, and your constant companion — Sade is the one. She's not just looking for a home. She's looking for her person.

Meet Astley! Enjoy having long chats with a feline companion? I am totally your guy! Yes, I often might talk more than listen, but I will always be here for you! Listing to my voice and range of meows can be quite entertaining. Truly…. I am hilarious and I don’t even try! My energy level is on the higher side for sure…. I love action, adventure, & excitement!! But the cool thing is that once my energy is dissipated, I am quite snuggly! Sometimes I pretend I am a dog and I will run to catch thrown toys or hop to a targeted point on a tree at the snap of a finger. Can you be open to a guy who just wants to be understood and given space to thrive. Will you be a person who’s never gonna give me up or let me down? Come to Help Humane and ask to meet me! Love, Astley
