Calico kittens & cats in Jacinto City, Texas

It's hard to find a girl like me!  Not only am I petite and ridiculously cute, but I'm also sweet, confident and guaranteed to keep you laughing.  And I LOVE paper; I'm absolutely obsessed!  I'm only three years old.  So I'm still full of playful energy but not so much that I'm high maintenance!  When I happily approach you with head-butts, I love a good scratch from head to tail.  And if you're in the mood to play kitten-style, I'm always up for a little gentle play wrestling too.   My foster mom rescued me from a difficult situation outdoors when she saw what a sweet little people cat I was.  I do really well with all my feline friends in my foster mom's home.   If I get to join you in my furrever home, I promise to bring plenty of cuddles, laughs, playful energy and paper-related entertainment!  I'd love to be the funny little cutie in your life.My estimated DOB is April, 2023.  I have been spayed, combo tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, all shots and microchipped and dewormed.  Either e-mail Mary Kay at  info@catsforlifehouston.org or call her at 832-865-4652 or go ahead and fill out an application!!!  Watch for videos of Holly coming soon!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  Want to meet more of our adoptable pets or start an adoption application? Meet Sage, the calico queen with the prettiest patchwork coat and the softest heart you’ll ever meet. She’s got a gentle soul, a sweet purr, and a knack for making everyone feel welcome—think of her as your personal Walmart greeter, but with more fur and better conversation.Rescued from the streets (where she heroically raised a litter of kittens!), Sage has traded in the wild life for cozy naps and chin scratches. She’s talkative in the cutest way—she’ll keep you updated on all her important thoughts and maybe even gossip about the birds outside.Sage gets along famously with her fellow foster cats and even a medium-sized dog, proving she’s a peacekeeper at heart. Calm, affectionate, and endlessly patient, she’s ready to find her forever home, preferably with a soft bed, a warm lap, and someone to chat with. Come meet Sage and let her put a smile on your face every single day!All cats/kittens are spay/neutered, fully vaccinated, treated for any parasites, tested for Feline Leukemia and FiV and receive a microchip with a lifetime of free registration. www.missionforpaws.org/application

HER SOULFUL EYES DELIVER YOU FROM DAILY CHAOS  DOB 2/14/24 Hey there, everyone! I’m Rumi, an incredibly sweet, easygoing, and beautiful “tabico,” a.k.a. tabby-calico, gal with stunning colors that glow as if I were golden. Actually, I’m like any calico because I have large areas of white -- except I have brown tabby instead of the usual black. Peach patches are sprinkled over my tabby areas as if I’d gotten splattered with caramel in a candy factory. My favorite thing in the world is simple – to be next to you. It could be the complete peace I feel while I make biscuits when watching TV with you. Or it could be when I curl up beside you to settle in for a cozy head massage or belly rub! I’m the kind of kitty who seems to understand when you need company. Whether you’ve had a long day or just want to relax with a soft, furry, comforting presence nearby, I’m happiest lying next to you, soaking up your love, and giving it right back to you. You'll feel me affectionately weaving through your legs while you do chores, but I’m actually leaving my pheromones to mark you as mine. Although we will share an occasional wand-toy adventure together when the mood strikes, I’m basically a low-maintenance girl who knows not to demand your time and attention when you’re busy. I can entertain myself with window-patrol duty or cozy naps in soft beds. Plus I get along great with all ages of hoomans, including kids --as long as they are gentle and well-behaved -- as well as dogs; as far as other cats go, I prefer to be on my own. My foster meowmy first saw me roaming in her neighborhood as a friendly stray. For a long time she fed me as she drove by but finally succumbed to my winsome personality by bringing me inside. Now I’m ready to be the beautiful soul who brings my comforting energy, affectionate cuddles, and peaceful presence to bless my forever family. Could that be you? Give me a chance, and I’ll help deliver you from the turmoil of the day. HOPE ID 26-0128-G017 Rumi’s $125 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, basic vaccines, microchip and registration, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal test, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites.
