From her foster mom, Bercem: Surya is a sweet, confident girl who loves people, playing with her toys, and making biscuits. Lots and lots of biscuits! She's practically a professional biscuit maker. She makes them on my cheeks, on my stomach, and even in the air! It's her signature move, and one of the cutest things I've ever seen. Surya is also a playful little girl who sometimes brings me toys so we can play together. I'll toss one, and she'll catch it! She loves carrying her toys around, chasing them, and occasionally launching herself into the air after them. After her morning burst of energy, she's usually ready for a nice long nap. She's affectionate and loves being petted, but she also appreciates her independence. She prefers to come to me for attention, often settling beside me or asking for pets and kisses. She's happiest when she can choose when it's time to cuddle. **Surya is bonded with her sister, Alaska, and they must be adopted together.** The two girls are very close and even call out to each other with sweet little meows when they can't find one another. Surya and Alaska were born outside near my home, where I provided food, water, and shelter for their family. After they disappeared for a while, Alaska returned alone, and I brought her inside. About a week later, Surya showed up too, and the sisters were reunited! Surya gets along well with other cats and dogs, although we haven't yet seen how she does with children. She and Alaska would love a home where they have room to play, comfortable places to nap, and people who enjoy affectionate cats with a little independence. She’s very kickback relaxed great for a quiet home. She gets along with other kitties gets along with little dogs. She would make a great addition to any home not sure about small children

Meet Mia, a sweet female brown tabby looking for a quiet, loving home. She is about 4 years old, weighs 12–14 pounds, and has a short coat. Mia can be shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, she’s a wonderful cuddle cat. She loves laps and keeping you company while you read. Her favorite pastimes include watching birds through the window and chasing reflections of light on the walls and ceiling. She makes adorable little chirps but isn’t a loud meower. Mia is strictly an indoor girl and does not like going outside. She would do best in a calm home without dogs or lots of people coming and going, with someone patient enough to let her settle in at her own pace. It's difficult to have to rehome her, but our youngest son is allergic. We want to find her a home where she’ll feel safe and loved.
