Story
Crumpet was born in the backyard of a kind family who took in his stray mama and gave the little family a safe and loving place to grow. Now this handsome black and white tuxedo boy is ready to find a forever home of his own! Crumpet is a sweet soul with a gentle, slightly shy personality. He warms up with a little patience and loves quiet moments with his people. When he’s in the mood to play, he enjoys chasing balls and batting at toys. When he's feeling sleepy, he melts for soft back scratches and cozy snuggles. Crumpet would do best in a calm home where he can blossom at his own pace. If you’re looking for a gentle companion with a soft heart, Crumpet might be your perfect match! Born 1/14/25 If you are interested in meeting me, please contact my rescue family at MeowtownAR@gmail.com to arrange a visit with my foster home!

Story
Grace was born in my home on July 13, 2024. Her mother is a stray I have been feeding for 2 yrs.. Grace has always been an inside kitty. She is mild mannered & can be a little skittish at times. She gets along well with her siblings. Overall, she’s easy to care for. I feed Grace IAMS wet food, Applaws, canned chicken & Purina Naturals dry cat chow for when I’m out of town. Grace is a pretty Calico that will make a good pet.

Story
Meet Callie and Jinx. Callie is a Calico and Jinx is a Tuxedo. They are about 2yrs old. They are the absolute cutest and just love to cuddle. These two are a package deal. They are bonded and to separate would be horrible for them. Seeking a cat friendly home for these two babies. They get along with my dog but I don’t know if they will get along with all dogs. It is absolutely breaking my heart to have to rehome these sweet babies. Due to financial strain I can no longer stay in my home and cannot take all of my babies with me. I am hoping that someone can and will give these babies a permanent home ang give them a good life. Meet and greet option is available. Serious inquiries only please.

Story
Meet Benji (a.k.a. Benjamin, Grumpy, or Grandpa) Breed: Calico | Personality: Gentle, mellow, affectionate in his own way. Benji came into my life four years ago after a close friend’s mother passed away, and he’s been a sweet, steady presence in my home ever since. With a calm, old-soul energy, Benji is a laid-back companion who loves a quiet spot to nap, an occasional cuddle, and a good scratch under his chin. He’s not demanding, but when he does want your attention, he’ll let out the softest, most pitiful little meow—it’s pretty hard to resist. I’m looking to rehome Benji (and ideally his sister, if you’re open to two!) due to a few life changes: my family is severely allergic to cats and can’t visit while they’re here, and I’m hoping to travel more and want to make sure the cats get the love and attention they deserve every day. Benji would thrive in a calm home with someone who appreciates a chill companion and has the time to give him the affection he quietly asks for.

Story
Every now and again we come across a cat who isn’t like other cats, a cat who doesn’t fit any of the molds and whose behavior leaves us puzzled. Peaches is a perfect example. She and several other outdoor cats had been hanging around a warehouse, scavenging for food. She was underweight, skittish and we knew it was only a matter of time before she became pregnant. One of our intrepid fosters felt compelled to help. She managed to trap her along with two other cats, Clementine and Mr. Apple, and introduced them to indoor living. While they have all made huge progress in adapting to their new life, Peaches is still a little wary around people but her body language suggests that, deep down, she really does want to trust them. She follows her foster mom around the house and she loves to play with toys. She will flip over on her back and expose her belly, but quickly recoil when anyone tries to pet her. Peaches enjoys playing games on the kitty iPad and she loves playing with her feline buddies. She’s just not quite ready for a touchy-feely relationship with a human. She is very food motivated and would probably be happiest in a home with one of her feline friends or another young cat. As she is not yet confident around people, she would do best in a calm home with experienced cat owners. For more information, please contact us at animaladvocatesofnorthtexas@ymail.com
