Dallas is a nine month cane Corso. He is well trained. He is good with kids and he loves to be active.

Obi is an energetic young dog (about 1 yr old) who needs a home with lots of love and patience. He was adopted from a shelter at 4 months old. We did a DNA test and found that he is 70% Cane Corse, 25% Neapolitan Mastiff, and 5% Rottweiler. He currently lives with a cat but there’s always supervision. He does chase her around and nips at her but it’s playful, not aggressive. He knows basic commands. Not sure if he’s ok with other dogs. He is crate trained and lives indoors but potty trained (with bells on the backyard door). He’s always been trained with positive reinforcement. He’s very sensitive. He gets about 10 min walks twice a day. Our schedules just became much busier and we, unfortunately, don’t have the time required to take good care of him anymore. He would not be well placed in a home with lots of noise, kids, chaos. He would probably work best in a home with older or no kids.

But Oberon certainly deserves a place among the contenders! When this magnificent fellow begins walking toward you with the slow, peaceful confidence of a lion, you can usually guess what he's looking for. Affection. And lots of it! ❤️ Gentle petting ❤️ Ear scratches ❤️ Relaxing massages ❤️ Belly rubs ❤️ A comfortable place to rest his enormous head Oberon loves being close to his people. Sometimes he'll simply settle beside you, place that enormous head in your lap, and quietly enjoy your company. He doesn't need constant excitement or entertainment. He understands something that humans sometimes forget: Good friendship doesn't always need words, activities, or excitement. Sometimes, simply being together is enough. And Oberon is exceptionally good at simply being together. 🚶 A GENTLE GIANT ON WALKS — WITH ONE IMPORTANT EXCEPTION! Despite his tremendous size, Oberon generally walks beautifully on a leash. He's calm, cooperative, and often happy to walk right beside his handler. However, there's something every potential adopter must understand. 🐿️ SQUIRRELS! Oberon has a high prey drive, and squirrels are particularly exciting to him. When he spots one, his enthusiasm can suddenly remind you that you're holding the leash of an extraordinarily powerful dog! For this reason, Oberon needs someone physically capable of managing his size and strength, attentive to the surroundings, and experienced with large, powerful breeds. A properly fitted harness, proactive handling, and early redirection are strongly recommended. The good news? Oberon responds well to redirection when his handler recognizes distractions early and helps him refocus. Oberon has not yet completed formal dog compatibility testing. Encouragingly, he has not shown reactivity toward other dogs during walks in the park or on neighborhood streets. However, this does not establish compatibility for living with another dog. Because of his extraordinary size and strength, a carefully managed professional compatibility assessment is strongly recommended before considering a multi-dog household. 💦 And yes... HE DROOLS!
