Story
Zeus is a strikingly handsome Cane Corso, possessing all the power, loyalty, and intelligence reknown to his majestic breed. Endowed with gaurdian instinct, Zeus is naturally cautious with initial introductions. But once trust is established, he shows a surprisingly sweet wiggle-butt happiness and puppy-like eagerness for connection. Zeus enjoys going for casual sniffy walks, is easy on leash, and has shown to get along with other dogs too. Previous handling experience with Cane Corso or other guardian breeds is advised. They require: - A structured home - Clear leadership - Firm (but fair) boundaries - Consistency every single day - An owner who understands canine behavior (not just “loves dogs”) -An owner who knows how to anticipate and manage their protective instinct

Story
Say hello to Tinkerbell - this sweet Cane Corso girl, is guessed to be just under 2 yrs old, and from California looking to start a new life in Colorado! She's a little shy at first meeting, but bravely warms to calm and gentle understanding of her special breed. Once she knows you, she enjoys attention and getting out for sniffy walks. Tinkerbell's eyesight is currently obstructed by "cherry eye" in both eyes - a condition that can be surgically corrected (and whose cost will be covered by Big Bones... (currently scheduled for early March). She's waiting in Windsor for her hero... is it you? Previous handling experience with Cane Corso or other guardian breeds is advised. They require: - A structured home - Clear leadership - Firm (but fair) boundaries - Consistency every single day - An owner who understands canine behavior (not just “loves dogs”) -An owner who knows how to anticipate and manage their protective instinct

Meet Leo our 7-year-old Cane Corso! He loves attention and affection and is happiest when he’s close to his people. He’s well-trained, does great with family and kids, and knows his manners. Because of his size and strength, he would do best with an experienced owner who understands large breeds. In the right home, he’ll be a loyal, loving companion for life. 🐾❤️

****Max also has a “sister” her name is Indie. She’s a boxer mix. If you are considering adopting Max please also check Indie’s profile. Max is about 8 years old I believe but still has the soul of a puppy. He loves to play with toys, and chew on bones. He is hilarious, and so loving. He likes to nuzzle with his huge head. He is definitely high energy and would need lots of walks, play time or enrichment he is very playful. It would be nice to find them another Male human they could play with but anyone willing to give them some patience and love and can handle two dogs who need lots of love and attention right now, would be greatly appreciated! I would say preferably with no kids. Not that they’re bad with kids I’ve never personally seen them around kids, nor do I think they’ve ever been around them. Their owner never had kids.
