I first thought Kapone was asleep in his kennel as he was SO QUIET!But he slowly raised his head when I offered him a Milk Bone.He was interested but only mildly enthusiastic about the bone.But when I flashed the leash then he was more motivated! LOLAt 9-years old, Kapone is not in a hurry, his pace is measured and he (leashed up easily) walked at a leisurely pace outside. He has a keen nose and will work hard to convince you to allow him to sniff that really interesting smell emanating from a spot 15 feet to your right! LOLHe was not at all interested in the other dogs along his kennel walk and ignored the few dogs playing outside.His kennel was clean and he made it a point to do his business outside, so it’s very likely (at 9-years old) he’s housebroken.Kapone’s thick fur is coal black with a narrow white blaze on his chest.He has a low center of gravity (he’s short-legged) and has a strong rudder-like tail (typical of Labrador retrievers).My impression of Kapone is he knows who he is and knows what he wants: a warm place to sleep and 3 meals a day. If a leisurely pace and calm demeanor is your vibe then Kapone may be a great fit with you! Hi, Suri is 5, and purchased from a trusted breeder . She is trained to sit , lay , “paw”. She is house trained and does not require a kennel . She is pure bred with her blue papers. She is spayed and really enjoys attention . She enjoys runs and walks but does not require many as she most likes to lounge beside her humans.She lives with her older dog aunt. We are looking for a caring home with a big yard for space to run and someone who enjoys cuddling . Suri enjoys one on one time, walks and room to run for short bursts of energy . Her favorite thing to do is curl up next to her humans . She loves playing in the snow , does not care for the rain . 1/2 - 1 mile daily walks, 20-30 minutes of free play (twice a week). She isn't a big toy lover, she prefers treats . Not big on tug of war but will play for a little while . Enjos a good ball throw ! Thrives with older children (4 and up) , best in home with yard or with a human who can get to secure green space at least once a week.
