Due to my busy schedule and living situation, I thought it best it was time to re-home her to a loving family that has the time and resources necessary to care for her properly. She loves to be around people especially kids and other dogs although she can be a bit timid and shy at first. She is very playful, loving, and overall a joy to be around.All toys, food, crate and bed are included in the fee

WHAT MY FOSTER SAYS ABOUT ME: This sweet mama has devoted herself to raising her adorable litter of puppies, and now she's ready to embrace all the joys of life as a beloved companion. Raine is looking forward to her new adventure and all the wonderful experiences that adoption brings! Raine's foster family reports that she's doing great on walks and will quickly master her leash manners in a training class. One of her standout traits is her talent as a trained retriever-she loves to play fetch and will happily drop the toy at your feet! Recently, she's taken on the role of soccer goalie, skillfully stopping squeaky balls from getting past her. When playtime wraps up, Raine enjoys burrowing under the covers, where she can completely disappear! This sweet girl has a special fondness for cheese and won't hesitate to remind you if she hasn't had her daily share. Raine is also getting comfortable in her crate, happily settling in whether the gate is open or closed when her foster is around. With a bit of patience and training, she'll soon feel at ease in her crate even when left alone. PEPPA (watch my video!) Female ~7 months old Cane Corso mix 37 lbs. Microchipped, up-to-date on core vaccines and takes monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention Amazing with dogs and kids; untested with cats Sweet, little Peppa landed at the Prince George’s County Animal Shelter in mid-August and IMMEDIATELY became a volunteer favorite! Her little nubbin of a tail never stops wiggling and she just adores everyone she meets! LOVEPAWS was able to swoop in and save this girl so she can begin her path to healing. Right now she’s battling: An upper respiratory infection (hello, boogers!) Painful entropion in both eyes (we have surgery scheduled) A positive erlichia test (100% preventable with monthly flea/tick prevention!) ✂️ A docked tail that’s still healing ⚖️ Severe underweight — she came into the shelter thin and kept losing weight while there. She’s now only 37 lbs We believe (and a vet confirmed!) that she’s likely around 7 months old and a Cane Corso mix. Peppa loves stuffies and chews, but more than anything, she just wants to be with her people. She adores other dogs and when it's time to be quiet, she always seeks out her foster brother to snuggle up and nap with. We CANNOT WAIT for her to learn that the world is safe ✨, that no one is going to hurt her, and that from here on out, she will only know love.   Interested in adopting? Of course you are!
