Story
Miracle is playful, curious, and easily excitable. Calm, consistent handling and care are recommended. Because she is a guard dog, she may be alert or protective around unfamiliar people, visitors, children, or other animals in her own space. Miracle does well with other dogs and human interaction in public spaces. At night, Miracle may stay awake until you settle down. Once settled, she will generally settle and lie down as well. I am looking for a loving home for my sweet girl. I am unable to keep her due to landlord restrictions.

Story
Zemira (also affectionately referred to as Princess Peach) loves people. She doesn't quite understand how strong she is and will swing her backside into anyone's legs for some butt scratches. She is wicked smart as well and is very treat motivated. Her favorite thing is playing with humans, and she'll give all of the kisses ever to prove it. Despite having grown up beside other dogs, Zemira must be the only dog in the house.

Story
**Meet Sophia!** 🐾💕 Sophia is a sweet, calm girl who was found roaming the neighborhood. She calmly approached her finder and their dog and was friendly when meeting new people, greeting them with a lovely, loose body language. She appears to be housetrained and enjoys riding in the car—after whining a little at first, she settled right in and relaxed on the seat. Sophia does pull on leash, so a **redirectional harness is recommended** to help make walks easier. Her finder also recommends a slow feeder for mealtimes. This gentle girl is ready to leave her wandering days behind and find a loving home of her own! 💕🐶

DISCLOSURE: The adoptable pets in our program are still in the care and custody of owners who wish to re-home their pet. Owners have enlisted Rescue Well to provide marketing and screening of applicants as a service, free of charge. All fees and adoption conditions are determined by the owner. We advise that adopters do not send payment or deposits for pets prior to adopting.  ***** Diesel Coal is of cane corso/lab/pit mix, is 5yo, weighs 77lbs, is neutered, is microchipped, but is not up to date on his vaccines.  Diesel Coal's guardian adds:  "He is such a loving boy who wants only love and to be able to trust in someone who won't hurt him.  He is alone at home 10-12 hours/day, is crated during the day and night, dislikes/fears the vacuum and other dogs, and is active but great during car rides.  I try healthy foods such as Pure Balance at Wal-Mart."   Diesel Coal's guardian explains why she has made the difficult decision to rehome him:  His guardian recently experienced an abrupt and unexpected housing situation and the premises in which she currently safely/securely lives doesn't offer enough space for his comfort. Diesel Coal's guardian states the following regarding children:  Diesel Coal lives with children (starting at age 6 and up and are currently 13 and 11yo), so his guardian recommends his living with children, stating "Loves to be petted by kids and play games of chase with a ball, not much of a fetcher". Diesel Coal's guardian states the following regarding dogs:  Diesel Coal hasn't lived with dogs, so his guardian doesn't recommend his living with dogs, stating "He will sometimes whine and growl". Diesel Coal's guardian states the following regarding cats:  Although Diesel Coal lives with a cat, his guardian doesn't recommend his living with cats, stating "He likes our cat, but she doesn't like him..lol..he boops her with his nose, paws her to play or chases her".  Diesel Coal's guardian describes him as: Very active Playful Affectionate Independent Protective House-Trained Crate-Trained Likes men Likes women Diesel Coal's guardian describes his ideal future home:  "Diesel Coal would best go to a family who will love him unconditionally be patient and able to train him better.  Maybe a couple or older kids as he still is a big guy and can knock over small kiddos." Story
We are looking to rehome our cane corso. Echo has been with us for about 1.5 year now. We took her in after someone offered her up to us, she was very malnourished. And we knew she would be better off with us. Within 2 months we were able to get her from just 50LBS to a healthy 84LBS. Echo loves hiking, swiming, cuddles, and dog parks. We love her and are still taking great care of her, but we need to rehome her asap as we're not home enough to give her the attention she needs. She spends 12 hours everyday in her crate due to our work schedules. She is also stressing out our senior german shepherd.

Story
Frank was given to our family as a puppy, now almost 2, and this is a very difficult decision for us. Unfortunately, he has grown too large for our current living situation, as we do not have a fenced yard. Frank is very strong on walks and tends to pull. If he gets loose, he will run through the neighborhood for about an hour before returning home. This has unfortunately led to concerns from neighbors, and we’ve been warned that animal control may be contacted if it continues. He has been a wonderful dog and was a great companion to our older chorkie before she passed. He also does well with our cat and is very good with children. We have three young kids, and while he can be big and occasionally jumps during play, it is never aggressive—just due to his size. He is especially gentle with our small grandchild, who he is very patient and affectionate with. Frank truly needs more space to safely run and thrive, ideally a fenced yard or secure area where he can move freely.

Story
Dakota is a handsome name, kind of a "rugged" kind of name, right?? I am kind of a REFINED RUGGED kind of boy! NOT!! I am a snuggle bug looking for tummy scratches....I willl MELT for one!! Here is what one of our amazing fosters have to say about Dakota...."Super freaking sweet, loves loves belly rubs, is very strong when you walk him but listens well. VERY treat motivated and knows sit down paw and i just taught him roll over yesterday but its a work in progress 😝. Super playful, he will pounce around you and then roll over for belly rubs and absolutely melts for the belly rubs and kisses" I love playing and running with my doggy friends, however, I can lay at your feet very sweetly to beg for your attention. I am kind of like a "reverse" planter as well. I mean, you plant it and i will un-plant it for you :D I won't do it often, just when I want your attention and I am outside alone. So see?? you have great control over that urge! So I am a food and toy lover too, I eat out of a slow feeder bowl because wolfing down my food is not an option! I am learning all things toys and am actually learning how to bring the ball BACK after you throw it. I am a smart and very sweet boy. I do absolutely have a prey drive so no kitties for small furry mammals around me please. I am fully potty trained and great in a crate. Now i just need you to adopt me to complete my circle of life. Now, before you go all "Lion King" on me, just know that I will be your bestest buddy forever!! I am two VERY loyal breeds and once I know you are my family, you will have my unending love :) Local adoption fee is $300(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Shrek is a great name for me! I am kind of a sweet OGRE looking boy with a loving heart and kind of beat up body. It is HARD to live on the streets! I had an old injury so limping was my norm. It was discovered that my back leg had been broken and healed very wonky. Now my bad leg is gone and I am pain free! NOW, I am a healthy TRIPOD boy looking for just the right family...one who will care for me for all my days! I deserve it and you deserve this cute OGRE in your life too! Local adoption fee is $300(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)
