You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Begonia is a beautiful brindle doll.  She's needing a new home where she's not having to be crated most all the time due to work.  We've got her vetting done now and she's ready.  She loves people and is very friendly with them.  She was also good with the dog we brought to do her dog-to-dog evaluation.  She's lived with other dogs and cat.  The dogs were very tiny and she's a big girl so she didn't engage with them much so there wouldn't be any accidental injury to the littles.   If you know and love this breed or alike breed type, please submit our adoption application for this beauty! www.collarofhope.org Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 13, 2026, 5:45 pm

WE CAN’T LET HER SUFFER ANY LONGER. Carmen was pulled for a foster after someone saw her video at Clayton and knew she needed to be saved. She has an allergy to fleas and ticks, which requires a once a month medication that we will provide. Her hair is now growing back beautifully. She loves pets, belly rubs, leash walks, playing tug of war, and going bye bye. When I picked her up for a checkup, she was wagging her tail, asking for attention, giving my stepdad kisses, and proving she’s a five star car rider. God only knows how badly I want to bring her home, but I am full, more than full. Carmen has been to board and train for temperament training and passed with flying colors, so no training is needed. She does have obedience training. She has had temperament tests with dogs, passing them at daycare and the vet where she showed no issues. She is trusting, sweet, and deserves to be spoiled for the rest of her life because obviously she has never truly been cared for. CRATE trained  If you can give Carmen a foster or forever home, please reach out. Her medication will still be covered even if adopted. Welcome Jacks to CCPAL Rescue. Jacks is an 11-month-old Cane Corso/Australian Heeler. He is very affectionate, knows sit, loves water and can open a fence latch. He is a smart boy. He really is attentive and has had a wonderful foster before entering the shelter. He is wonderful at sitting when you ask him to sit. A carabiner is adequate to block him from flipping the latch of the gate open. This is what we use to secure the gate of his kennel. We don’t think he is the type that wants to run away. He is smart and bored in his kennel is all. He is a great dog and we think he would be a great hiker, walker and companion dog for an outdoor enthusiast. He loves all people and doesn’t seem at all bothered by strangers. He is friendly to everyone. He would be fine with children. We like them to be 8 and older due to his size. He weighs about 60 pounds and looks to be a good weight. He has a beautiful blocky head and with the harness on he was relatively easy to walk. We are looking for a moderately active family for this dog. We think he is very handsome and is going to appeal to men because of his beautiful head and athletic build. He is neutered, vaccinated, healthy and ready for his forever home. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get this gorgeous dog to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the east Coast. His adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. . Zane is almost a year and a half he was born in November 2024, he is very energetic and loves to play with anyone who will play with him! Zane is great with kids, cats and other dogs. Zane is house trained and kennel trained, he goes to sleep in his kennel at 8pm. He is a very loving dog, who still likes to think he’s a lap dog and will give you lots of kisses. I am going to be leaving for a deployment and not able to leave him with anyone.

Story
Tonka is a 100+ teddy bear that would love to be your go everywhere companion. That unfortunately we just not have the time to give him the attention he deserves. He is always up for playing with anyone or anything. He loves others dogs to the extent that ever dog he passes by he feels the need to stop and play. He will need a fully fenced yard, and some manners training, but he is a quick learner if you are consistent and have the time to work with him. He is currently eating 6 cups of food a day, however when he is neutered this should go down. He will be neutered before going home with anyone, and fee is negotiable for the right home.
