Story
Tatum is a shy guy who came into our care after living outside as a community cat for quite some time. He needed some TLC but is now ready to find his forever home. Tatum is shy and nervous of new environments but once he has a couple days to settle, he is a complete lovebug! This guy wants to nuzzle right up onto your lap and get all the attention he can. His foster mom lets us know Tatum has such a loud purr and wants to curl himself around you for a cuddle. He also loves to be picked up! After his years being an outside boy, he is now soaking up the comfy indoor life. It would be recommended to keep Tatum living his indoor only life as he is FeLV (feline leukemia virus) positive. This means he should be the only cat in the home as it is possible for Tatum to spread this to other cats. If you have questions about this virus, please contact staff to discuss!Tatum is currently in a loving foster home so will not be available to meet on a walk in visit. If you are interested in meeting with Tatum, please send in your online application for staff to review. If you are the chosen applicant, staff will contact you to discuss further. Story
Meet JunJun  Breed: Chinchilla (male) Age: Estimated 3–4 years old Status: Neutered & vaccinated JunJun was found in a garage in 2024—lonely, skinny, and clearly in need of love. A kind woman took him in and gave him a safe home. Sadly, after many years of rescuing animals, her health and financial situation have made it impossible for her to continue caring for him. She reached out to me in hopes of finding JunJun a truly loving forever home. JunJun is a very sweet, gentle, and friendly boy. He is potty trained and responds when called—he’ll come right over to you. He loves sleeping beside his human’s pillow and purrs loudly when he’s happy. Although he can be a bit timid at first, his true nature is incredibly trusting and affectionate. Despite being abandoned before, he still loves and trusts his humans deeply. He gets along very well with cats and has not been tested with dogs. Based on his calm and gentle temperament, I don’t believe it would be an issue. JunJun is a great eater and truly loves food. He is currently eating ND kibbles and Dashi Delights / Almo Nature wet food, and he enjoys all kinds of treats. He’s always the first one to rush to the bowls! If you’re looking for a cuddly companion to snuggle with while watching TV or relaxing in bed, JunJun is the one for you!
