Story
Sweet shy little guys, Axel and Bubba, came into our care after their previous guardian was no longer able to care for them. Both boys can be quite shy and nervous at first in a new environment. They are lovely, sweet cats and will make a great addition to a nice quiet home given lots of love, gentle care, and lots of time to adjust. They are looking for a home where they can stay together as they love each others company and are comforted by it after such big changes in their lives. Axel and Bubba are used to a quiet adult home and would do best in a home without young kids or too much noise and activity. These handsome boys will certainly make a wonderful addition to your life with all the love they have to share and seeing them blossom into playful, adventurous cats in their new home will be so rewarding. Meet Axel and Bubba today to be absolutely smitten! Please come into the shelter during visiting hours if you would like to meet me. You can also submit an application online if I am in foster or you would like to save some time when you come visit. Story
Meet Jacob! This handsome boy came into our care as a true stray kitty. Understandably Jacob is a bit shy as he learns to trust people and his new environment. So far Jacob has started to enjoy face rubs and pets and of course his food! An ideal home for Jacob would be a quiet adult home where he will be provided love and patience as he continues to blossom into an affection and loving companion! Please come into the shelter during visiting hours if you would like to meet me. You can also submit an application online if I am in foster or you would like to save some time when you come visit. Story
Ricky is a charmer bursting with personality and curiosity. He is the spirited half of a bonded pair with his gentle companion, Audrey. With a perpetually quizzical look, Ricky often appears deep in thought, quietly studying his foster mom as though decoding the mysteries of human behaviour. Playful to his core, Ricky is devoted to Churu, treats, laser pointers, and anything involving string. Morning zoomies are a highlight of his day, bringing joyful energy to the household, and they are followed by time spent perched in the window. He is slowly gaining confidence, revealing more of his delightful personality each day. Ricky (and Audrey) were rescued after being abandoned at an industrial site, which may explain his cautious nature and preference for a calm environment, as loud or sudden sounds can be unsettling. Ricky is not yet keen on receiving pets. Interestingly, he enjoys watching music videos, content to observe the movement from a safe vantage point. Ricky is looking for a cat-savvy adopter, someone respectful of feline boundaries and unfazed by the occasional swat. A quieter, adult-only home with plenty of playtime would suit him perfectly as he will need patience to adjust. Together, Ricky and Audrey are true yin and yang companions, offering balance, warmth, and a deeply rewarding bond for the right home. Must adopt with Audrey.

Story
April is a sweet young cat who craves love and attention and wants to head-bump or cuddle with you as a thank you. She loses herself in happiness with a scratch on the neck or stroke on the back and she's soft as a bunny. Having come from a colony in an industrial area, April came to her foster home extremely anxious and withdrawn. But in three months, she learned to trust and to be a gentle and communicative kitty. She is patient and quiet as she awaits food or love and only gets quietly vocal if she is hungry. She still scampers at any movements behind her back or any loud sounds. However, April sleeps between her foster caregiver's pillows at night. In the evening, she hangs out with them in the living room; little by little, she is starting to trust more. She is also beginning to explore play by chasing feather wands and balls. April would prefer to be the only pet in the home. She would not adjust well to other cats, dogs, or small children. One or two quiet people would be ideal. She can't wait to meet you!
