**Winnie and Jack-O are currently in a foster home, so please submit an online application and we will reach out directly to set up a meet and greet***Meet Winnie and Jack-o!Winnie is a super friendly little kitten with a gentle personality that melts hearts instantly. She does the sweetest little cry when she wants to be picked up, and once in your arms, she loves to tuck herself right under your chin. Sometimes it feels like she just can't get close enough-she's a total purr machine when she's happy.Winnie adores her brother Jack-o, and the two of them are truly inseparable. They rumble and tumble together, chasing toys and each other, and then they crash in a cozy pile of Halloween-colored cuteness. Winnie's loving nature and playful energy make her a joy to have around, especially when she's cuddled up with her brother.Because they are still awaiting their spay and neuter surgeries, we are looking for a local adopter who can bring them back to Richmond for their appointments. With a loving home and a little patience, Winnie and Jack-O will bring double the fun, laughter, and snuggles into your life.Do you think you could be Winnie and Jack-O's person? **Winnie and Jack-O are currently in a foster home, so please submit an online application and we will reach out directly to set up a meet and greet***Meet Winnie and Jack-o!Jack-o is a super chill, sweet boy with the softest personality. He's a polydactyl kitten, which means he has extra toes- six on each foot-giving him the cutest big mittens you've ever seen. Jack-o loves nothing more than curling up on your lap, soaking in belly rubs, and being held like a baby.He is bonded with his best friend Winnie, and the two of them are an adorable duo. They roll around together, tackle each other in play, and can turn absolutely anything into a toy. Jack-o's gentle nature and playful spirit make him a joy to have around, and he's happiest when he's with his buddy or snuggled up close to his humans.Because they are still awaiting their spay and neuter surgeries, we are looking for a local adopter who can bring them back to Richmond for their appointments. *** BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - CURLY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR WALK IN VIEWINGS: Please submit an online application at adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit ***Meet Curly! 💕This 8-year-old Sphynx Munchkin is as unique as she is lovable. Curly came into our care due to inappropriate urination, and she has a history of UTIs and urinary crystals, so she will need to remain on a vet-prescribed urinary diet to keep her feeling her best.As a Sphynx, Curly requires a bit of extra TLC, including regular baths, ear cleaning, and skin care, so Sphynx-experienced adopters are preferred. As a Munchkin cat, Curly also has special considerations. Her short legs mean she may not be able to jump as high as other cats and could benefit from accessible spaces, low-entry litter boxes, and steps or ramps to reach her favourite cozy spots. Gentle handling is especially important to avoid putting strain on her spine or joints.Curly is sensitive to her environment and would do best in a calm home without small children, as loud noises can make her uncomfortable. She can also become overstimulated with too much touch, so she'll thrive with someone who understands feline body language and can give her affection on her terms.During her time in care, Curly has shown that she does not get along with other animals and prefers to be the only pet in the home so she can fully relax and soak up all the attention.Once Curly feels safe and settled, she becomes the sweetest little angel who loves attention and companionship. If you're ready to support a special girl with a gentle heart, Curly may be the perfect fit. 💗 Primary Color: Hairless Secondary Color: Black Weight: 3.89 Age: 8yrs 1mths 0wks

🐾 Meet Matilda - A Queen in Her Golden Years 🐾Matilda is a lovely 12-year-old cat who's ready to spend her golden years in comfort and peace. She's a calm, independent lady who enjoys relaxing in sunny windows and curling up in cozy spots. Matilda is affectionate, but on her own terms, she appreciates gentle company and quiet moments more than constant attention. She's hoping to find a calm, loving home where she can feel safe and settled. A slower pace suits her best. All she really needs is a soft place to nap, a kind person to care for her, and the freedom to just be herself.Matilda has some manageable health needs. She has a history of urinary crystals, so she is on a special urinary diet to help keep her comfortable and healthy. Her future family will need to be committed to maintaining her care routine and staying consistent with her prescription food.If you're looking for a sweet, low-key companion who will bring warmth and quiet joy to your home, Matilda may be the perfect match.Do you think you could be Matilda's person? Story
Meet Peter, a quiet and gentle soul who is still learning that the world can be a kind and safe place. Peter came into our care as a stray, so unfortunately, we don't know much about his past. What we do know is that he is shy and reserved, and new environments and people can feel overwhelming for him at first.Peter is looking for a calm, patient, and cat-savvy adopter who understands that trust takes time. With gentle care, consistency, and lots of quiet encouragement, Peter will begin to come out of his shell at his own pace. He may not be the type to seek immediate attention, but there's something truly special about earning the trust of a cat like him.If you have a peaceful home, a big heart, and the patience to help a timid kitty blossom, Peter could be the perfect companion for you.Do you think you could be Peter's person?
