Story
Oliver is a sweet 13-year-old cream ginger tabby who is the definition of a gentle senior companion. After being surrendered to us, he's spent time in a loving foster home, where he's enjoyed basking in sunny spots, curling up next to his foster mom, and soaking up all the love and attention he can get. Oliver thrives on companionship and just wants to be near his people, making him the perfect lap cat or quiet presence in a calm home.Oliver has had some medical care in the past and will do best in a home that can provide regular check-ins with a veterinarian. He eats a soft diet and loves mealtime, and his easygoing nature makes him a low-maintenance friend for someone looking for a devoted senior cat.If you're looking for a warm, affectionate feline who will happily spend his days lounging in sunbeams and following you around for cuddles, Oliver is ready to meet you! Please submit an application through the link below for this sweet senior gentleman!https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Cream Ginger Tabby Weight: 4.12 Age: 13yrs 2mths 1wks

Story
Karen is a 2-year-old cat who knows exactly what she likes... and even more so, what she doesn't like. She's strong-willed, opinionated, and not afraid to let you know when something doesn't meet her high standards. Change? Not her thing. Other cats? Hard pass. Too much attention? Please... Karen will tell you when she's had enough. That said, Karen has a lot going for her: she's independent, entertaining, and full of personality. She's the kind of cat who will keep you laughing with her sass and keep you humble with her side-eye. While it's clear Karen does not like shelter life, her foster home said that once she's settled in at home, she is an affectionate, nice cat.Karen is looking for a home that will respect her boundaries and let her rule her kingdom in peace. No kids, no cats, no chaos - just a calm home where she can lounge in comfort and call the shots. If you think you could provide the right home for Karen, please fill out an adoption application below:https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Tabby Weight: 5.53 Age: 2yrs 3mths 2wks

Story
Tilly is a senior tabby sweetheart who has found herself looking for a new home after her previous owner had to move into a care facility. She's a gentle soul who can be a little shy when she first meets new people, but with some patient pets, a calm voice, and tasty food, she soon shows her affectionate and loving side.Tilly has a slight head tilt that doesn't slow her down, but she does prefer not to be picked up. She'd much rather come to you on her own terms-and she will, especially when she's feeling chatty. This lovely girl isn't afraid to speak up when she wants attention or company! She's best suited to an indoor-only home with a quiet lifestyle, as loud noises can frighten her. Tilly has lived with other cats before, so sharing her space with another gentle feline friend should be just fine.If you're looking for a calm, loving companion who will reward your patience with trust and soft affection, Tilly might be the perfect match. She's ready to settle into a peaceful home where she can feel safe, loved, and heard. Please submit an application through the link below for Miss Tilly!https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Brown Tabby Weight: 5.3 Age: 11yrs 4mths 0wks

Story
Tessa is a stunning long-haired tuxie with a tender heart and a luxurious coat that turns heads wherever she goes. After losing her beloved owner, she has blossomed beautifully in one of our wonderful foster homes. Though she can be shy at first, patience goes a long way-once she feels safe, her sweet and affectionate personality shines. From her foster mom:"Although she starts out timid, she gains confidence the longer she's out exploring. After roaming the house, she settles on the couch beside me, and that's when the purring starts. She's become much more playful, too! Mornings start with breakfast followed by an hour-long cuddle in the rocking chair. Evenings are her playtime-she loves to bat around a ball, leap onto the cat tower or window sill, and burn off her energy. Afterward, she always comes for cuddles and a brushing. Her coat is just beautiful now! She even enjoys having her claws trimmed."Tessa is on a special diet, and her gorgeous long coat will need regular grooming to keep it healthy and tangle-free. A calm, quiet home where she can settle in at her own pace would be ideal. With gentle care and patience, she will reward you with companionship, cuddles, and her growing confidence. If you're looking for a loving, soft-hearted companion who enjoys both playtime and quiet snuggles, Tessa might be your perfect match. Please submit an application through the link below for this lovely lady!https://spca.bc.ca/adoption/cat-pre-adoption-questionnaire/ Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 5.08 Age: 4yrs 3mths 3wks
