Story
This sweet girl showed up extremely skinny where you could feel every bone in her back and was about to go into heat. I took her to the vet to be checked for a micro-chip but there was none. The vet determined her to be at least 6 months and 4lbs. She is now 1 yr old and did get adopted to a great family with 2 dogs. Original testing with dogs looked promising. However, after 3 months living with them, she never became a fan of the dogs and would hide and moan so she came back into the rescue. Penelope is an incredibly sweet, quirky confident cat who is very playful, loves chin scratches and has no problem setting boundaries when overstimulated. She love cardboard boxes, scratching mat and anything with bells. When she isn't playing, she is sleeping in the sun or watching birds from the window. She has been fully vaccinated, dewormed and tested negative for FIV/FELV and is looking for her forever person. Adoption application required and interview a $75 rehoming fee.

Story
Chaca is a 5 year old cat that my wife and I originally adopted with her brother, Kronk. Chaca is a very sociable, easygoing, and lovable cat. She loves to be close to you and has very playful moments. Her curiosity takes her around the house and may follow you around the house. She loves attention and may sometimes get overly excited when playing. The two do not need to be adopted together, as they do have an independence from one another as well. We have had a string of unfortunate events that is causing us to make the difficult decision to rehome them. We lost one of our incomes due to the political climate, and with an infant that has many needs, are unable to provide Chaca and Kronk with the attention they are used to receiving. Adoption would include a crate, litter box and scoop, food and water bowls, scratching post, and choice of toys (including laser)

Story
Odie showed up on our porch one day malnourished & terrified. We took him in and in no time his personality blossomed. He’s such a calm, loving boy. He will sit on your chest and make biscuits and give you head butts until he falls asleep. It breaks my heart to have to rehome him. I have two other male cats in the house and Odie has felt the need to mark his territory. I think he would do amazing in a home with no other cats so he doesn’t feel the need to do this. I care about his wellbeing and love him very much so if you are interested in adopting him you need to know that he has that past of urinating outside of the litter box. He knows how to use it, but has chosen not to due to the other cats.
