Story
This group of kittens was   born to a feral mama. They were taken in to give them a chance of a normal awesome indoor living life. They are absolutely adorable! They play hard and sleep hard. They are curious about everything even watching the litter box being scooped is amazing to them. They have many toys and play with all of them. They are very entertaining to watch!  They play together and separately so they do not need to stay together.  When playtime is over, they will fall asleep in your arms and very little disturbs them.  We are listing several seperately but there are 2 females and 6 males and all are mostly black, some with white markings.  We strongly encourage adopting in pairs if possible https://youtube.com/shorts/qAgEhbNlxWM Age: 5 months Weight: 4lbs   Temperament: Gets along with other cats, older respectful kids   Training: Litterbox trained   Vetting: Spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, light positive for FIV   Email for questions:   debbiejwharton@gmail. com   To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (bit.ly/DH-Cat) for caretakers to review. Once approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit. We are 100% donation funded, so please expect a fee to cover each pet's basic vetting. December 22, 2025, 7:55 am

Story
Marnie's journey started out as a feral cat that was trapped with the intention of spaying her and re-releasing her. She didn't have the typical feral cat behavior and you could tell that she wanted to trust people. She had an intestinal infection so she went home with her now foster mom to be treated before having her spay done. During that time, she realized that she likes being pet and getting attention. Marnie is a beautiful cat and has come a long way.with her socialization. She is in a house with dogs so is not getting all of the attention that she needs. With that being said, when she finds her person, she will thrive with time and patience. She tested positive for FIV but the vet confirmed that she can live a long, normal, healthy life. Marnie is so sweet and needs a chance to become the amazing cat that we know she will be and get the love and attention that she so deserves. Will you be the one to give her that chance? Age: 1 year Weight: 9 lbs   Temperament: Gets along with adults but wants to warm up to you.  Might be ok with respectful dog.  Is  FIV/FeLV positive so maybe needs to be only cat.   Training: Litter box trained    Temperament:    Apprehensive at first but warms up with time   Vetting: Spayed, up-to-date on vaccines and FIV/FeLV is positive   Adoption Fee:  $50   Email for questions:   debbiejwharton@gmail. com   To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (bit.ly/DH-Cat) for caretakers to review. Once approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit. We are 100% donation funded, so please expect a fee to cover each pet's basic vetting. Story
Gigi was taken in as a kitten when the owner left, not wanting to take her with him. Anna, an older woman, who recently passed away, took the kitten, she named Gigi, into her household to care for her. It has only been Gigi and Anna for the last 7 yrs.,so she hasn't had alot of interactions with other animals or humans. Gigi needs a home where she'll be given love, time and patience to thrive again. She is being cared for (being fed, watered and litter cleaned), but she has been alone since the passing of her momma. Gigi mainly eats dry food, some wet, but not much. I so want a loving home for this sweet girl. A home that will be patient, loving and that will give her the space to get to know you and your family. She loves butt scratches and scratches to the ears. Although Gigi is 7, playing or interacting with toys seems something new to her. Giving her the space and patience, she'll be a wonderful addition to your family.
