Story
Squidgy was found as a 4-month-old kitten by my mom on her job in February 2018. Squidgy has a special talent for hunting his foxies aka his foxes (+ 1 skunk & raccoon) plushie toys and bringing them to me while announcing very loudly with caterwaul meows how proud he is for his hunt and catch! Squidgy is a sweet boy who is loving and wants to be loved - he really is a big baby! I love Squidgy very much, but personal financial issues have made it to where I have to make the heart-breaking decision to part with my dear Squidgy and my other cats.

Story
When I went to the Marietta Animal Shelter looking for a lost cat several years ago, I ended up bringing Marco home instead. Nothing is known about Marco's past, except he was found wondering a Marietta street not far from a busy expressway. I think he looks like he is possibly half British Shorthair. He does express some of the traits of that breed. Marco is now a 4-year-old purr machine - I always know when Marco is around by a very loud purr as he has the loudest purr of all the cats. He also loves to play with small toys like balls or toy mice. Marco has become bonded to one of my other cats named Marley. If possible, I would like Marley and Marco to be adopted together, but it's not required. I love Marco very much, but personal financial issues have made it to where I have to make the heart-breaking decision to part with my dear Marco and my other cats.

Turkish Angora

Details
Good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs special attention, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Found on the street by people and then later given to me by relatives concerned about her wounded and mostly healed broken leg, nothing is known about Lily's background. She is around 10, and looks like a Turkish Angora pure breed, though only a feline DNA test would truly prove if she were of that breed. She does have the gentle, slightly demanding, intelligence, and other traits of the Turkish Angora breed. She has a quirk of wanting to be watched while she is eating! I think it is because in her prior life on the streets, she was vulnerable to animal attacks while eating and now wants a guardian to protect her. She has an ongoing urinary-tract health issue, so she must always be fed specially formulated urinary tract cat food. Lily has been bullied by other cats in the past, so may prefer being an only cat. I love Lily very much, but personal financial issues have made it to where I have to make the heart-breaking decision to part with my dear Lily and my other cats.

I have had cheddar since he was a kitten. He is not quite yet a year old but due to living circumstances, I am having to rehome. Cheddar is a SWEET boy & kind of skiddish. He does get along with other animals but may take a while for him to come out of his shell
