Clarisse quickly earned the nickname Sandcat by her foster family because of her distinctive looks and shy nature. Her four siblings quickly joined up in pairs of two for adoption purposes which leaves Clarisse as the oddball out. We are seeking a special adopter for her! Clarisse seeks out other kitties and finds solace in their company. Because of her shyness she is going to need an understanding and patient person to bring her out of her shell. Meet Max 🐾 Max has been with us since he was just a baby. He’s always been more of a homebody serious at first glance, but once he trusts you, he’s incredibly loving and affectionate. He isn’t very friendly with other cats or dogs, so he would do best as the only pet in the home. Max really thrives in a calm environment where he can be the center of attention. Right now, we aren’t able to give him the time and space he truly deserves, so we’re hoping to find a family who can. I was given Hunter and Smokey for my birthday in 2024. They're about a year and a half old. I am looking for a home that will be able to accept both boys and give them all the love, attention, and medical that I am unable to provide due to my very busy schedule. They are sweet, and sometimes knuckleheads, lol. Hunter loves chin scratches, but doesn't like being picked up. Smokey loves attention, and when his brother gets attention, he demands it too, lol. They love to chase the laser pointer, and fishing toys. I have a cat tower, water fountain, litter box, treats and food that I am more than happy to send with them, so they have something familiar from me. Adopters will need to bring carriers, I don't have any. They are very obsessed with food, to the point that they will get into food left on the table and counters. I haven't been able to break that habit, only adapt to it. I don't know how they'd react to cats, dogs, or kids. They use the litter box just fine.
