I love my Blitz. But living in an RV is driving her bat crap crazy and she deserves to be able to roam like she used to which is why I'm hoping to find her a new home where she'll have room to run. She is affectionate and will sleep on your face if you let her. She's not too tolerant of other animals, even when we lived on a farm where she grew up with other cats her whole life so if you are just looking for one kitty that doesn't need to have a playmate, this is the kitty for you. I don't want to do this but I don't know when my situation will change and she's still fairly young.

Banana is approximately 6 years old. I've had her her whole life. She's very affectionate and spayed. She's one of 3 cats I kept when I had to leave my farm. This is a hard decision but she deserves to be in a home, not the tiny RV we've been forced to live in for the last year. I think being cooped up when she used to be able to go outside whenever she wanted, is taking a toll on her. I don't know when our situation will get better but I don't want her to get sick and die. She gets along with some animals, depending on their temperment. She's box trained. I named her Banana because of the yellowish hue on her fur. Please help me save my baby.

Pepsi NKA Ivy came to AHeinz57 as a pregnant stray. During her months here she never became social and was moved to our barn cat program, where she was provided a barn home with food, water, shelter, vet care and kitty friends. Apparently she missed home as she took off and was found three months later in the area she was originally caught. She was hungry, matted and flea ridden. After a few weeks at a foster home she became a total love bug, sticking to her foster mom like Velcro and showing no desire to go back outside.Ivy is still initially shy with new people but her eventual over-the-top affection and devotion is worth the wait!If you are interested in meeting Ivy, the first step in our process is to fill out an adoption application. When Cordelia arrived as part of a trap-neuter-return project, the plan was to return her to her outdoor home hence her TNR ear tip. But not only did she wow us with her sweet personality, veterinarians discovered that she has a congenital heart condition, ventral septal defect. Its not uncommon in animals or people, for that matter but it does mean shell need an indoor home where she can receive daily medication. But according to her foster dad, this stunning mini panther is more than worth it. She is such a petite girl that is so sweet when she gets to know you, he said. Were optimistic that she can live out a normal life, grateful to Critter Crusaders and the veterinarians at Iowa State University who helped with Cordelias care, and thrilled that shes ready to find a foster-to-adopt home especially if its a calm setting and includes a feline buddy.
