Because of this, they may be fearful in new situations and when meeting new people, may need help getting used to a carrier, and may never enjoy being picked up and held. Since this cat has lived with other cats, they may benefit from having another cat friend to help them build confidence and show them the ropes. I let a stray momma cat spend time in my apartment over the winter and I was rewarded with 4 babies in my closet. They are approximately 8-9 weeks old. A few have started using a litter box, and crunching on dry food. They are snuggly and safe now, but will probably be venturing outside soon. I live in a small apartment and I cannot keep them all in here indefinitely. I am not a cat expert so not sure about breed or even the gender of all of them. Help!We have a huge stray cat problem here. I already adopted a baby that seemed abandoned by its mother last year. If I was rich I would save them all but one is all I can handle right now.
