Story
Omen is roughly 4, going on 5 and about 8-9 pounds. He loves to lay on laps and get pets on his terms. he also likes to lay at your feet under a blanket but don't actually cover him with a blanket. He's also quite the talker and loves catnip. His front claws are gone but still has the back. Up to date on vaccines and preventatives and neutered. Not a fan of dogs but will tolerate them.

Story
Pickles is a chunky boy and he is roughly 3, going on 4 and about 13 pounds probably. He loves ALL the pets and the wand toys. Once he gets his pets, he'll go flop down and take a nap. A Garfield of cats if you will. He has all his claws still and he uses a cat scratch tree well, haven't had any issues. Litter trained, up to date on vaccines and preventatives, and neutered. Very anxious around dogs. Would do best as single cat home or maybe a cat only home.

Story
A neighborhood cat chose to have her litter in my yard shelter and I’ve since taken in her kittens. They’ve been spayed/neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. Lil Dude and Poppy are two of the four siblings, and they’re ready for loving homes—either together or separately. Lil Dude is bright, “talkative,” and follows you around like a loyal pup. Poppy, with her velvety-soft coat, is gentle, affectionate, and equally devoted. Both are cuddle bugs who love snuggling in bed, soaking up kisses, and being scooped up for hugs. Playful and curious, they enjoy chasing laser pointers, batting yarn balls, and pouncing on crinkly toys. While they’ll need a little time to adjust to a new environment, their goofy, affectionate personalities shine through. They thrive on attention and would do best with an experienced cat owner who can give them the love and care they deserve.

Story
HOW TO ADOPT: This cat is available for adoption by appointment. To schedule a time to meet this cat, please email meetme@arl-iowa.org.---Pocus and Hocus are Bonded Buddies. They'll be adopted as a pair.- Arrived at the ARL shy and undersocialized but has made wonderful progress in a foster home - Once he feels comfortable, he's a snuggle buddy who loves to cuddle on the couch with you; will purr loudly and flop over to get rubs - Likes all types of toys- Enjoys Churu and other tube-style treats, and that will be a great way to win his heart!- Has an abnormal gait that causes him to sway and stand with a wide stance, but he gets around pretty well and jumps onto the couch in his foster home (more info at ARL)This cat can be fearful and may need extra time to adjust to a new home. We've seen good progress here at the ARL, but don't be surprised if it takes several weeks for this cat to become comfortable in a new place. This cat may hide and just observe at first - maybe for quite a while - and that is perfectly normal. Young children are too much for this cat right now, so we are highly recommending a quiet, mature home. We are happy to provide post-adoption resources. If you can give this cat extra time, patience and TLC, please consider adopting! It will be so rewarding to watch them gain confidence and start enjoying all the good things in life! All adoptable cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and FVRCP as appropriate for their age) Primary Color: Brown Tiger Weight: 13.54 Age: 1yrs 1mths 0wks
