Story
Meet Captain Cat Sparrow! Sparrow was brought into the shelter in active labor, and ended up giving birth to her babies in her kennel. We brought the whole family home shortly after, and immediately noticed that when Sparrow walked, her tush lagged a few steps behind her. Her foster mom joked that she must be a pirate because seems to have lost control of her booty   We originally assumed that she must have a neurological condition causing her wiggle, but it turns out she likely had a uterine infection that was causing her pain. As soon as she was spayed, she was able to run and jump and was 10000x happier. She is the sweetest snuggliest most funny girlie, and would be happy with or without a cat friend, as long as she has a human whose plate she can steal cheese from. She can be adopted with one or more of her kittens but she does like to have time away from them sometimes. Could Sparrow be your new first mate?  All Biscuits and Breadsticks kittens will be spayed/neutered, receive age appropriate vaccinations, and be microchipped prior to adoption.  Interested in adopting one of our kittens? Go to biscuitsandbreadsticks.org/adopt and complete an adoption application to be considered! Due to the high volume of applications, we may not be able to respond to all inquiries individually. If your application looks like it may be a good fit for your selected kitten, one of our adoption coordinators will be in touch within 10 business days to set up a phone/zoom interview. We appreciate your patience, and we look forward to learning more about your family!  ##2423614##

Story
Indy 🧡🤍 What a dream this girl is.. Sadly, Indy came from an abuse/hoarding situation. However, She doesn’t let her past define her. Indy is the type of girl to make biscuits all day; in the air, on the bed, on a blanket, in your lap, or on your chest. Indy purrs and squeaks for your attention. Shell paw at your for pets, and tilt her head to nuzzle into your attention. Indy has so much more to her than her cuddliness, she is super playful and outgoing. She’s quick to pounce a wand toy, or dart after a ball. 📌 Indy is available for adoption, apply to adopt at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FFRV/Cat 📌 Come meet Indy at Petco located at 700 crescent blvd, Brooklawn, New Jersey.

Story
Meet Mae – our sweet, petite lady! At just 2 years old, Mae’s story has already been full of ups and downs. She was found in Pennsylvania with her 2 tiny, 2–3 month old kittens. Tragically, before our foster could reach them, Mae’s kittens were stolen—leaving her all alone. Heartbreaking, right? But we made sure Mae got the care and love she deserves. When Mae arrived, she was battling a tough upper respiratory infection and had some dental issues, but with loving veterinary care, she bounced back beautifully. Mae is the definition of gentle and affectionate—she loves a good rub and will often nuzzle for attention. While she’s still learning to play (which is common for cats who’ve been on the streets), she’s curious and ready to explore at her own pace. Mae is FIV+, but don’t let that scare you! FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) affects a cat’s immune system, but it cannot be transmitted through normal day-to-day interactions like sharing bowls, litter boxes, or playing. Mae can safely live with other cats who are healthy or FIV+. With the right care, she can enjoy a long, happy life filled with love. Mae is ready to find her forever home—could it be with you? Her adoption fee is $75. Apply today at ffrescue.org !

Story
Hey Arnold! 🤎 Arnold is a one year old tabby and white male with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He was rescued during a snowstorm by a loving family who did everything they could for him, but unfortunately couldn’t keep him long term. Now, Arnold is ready to find his furrever home! This outgoing, talkative guy loves being part of the action. He’s playful, curious, and happiest when he’s perched on his cat tree watching birds out the window. Arnold also has the cutest little signature move — every time you reach down to pet him, he does an excited little jump up to meet your hand. If you’re looking for a social, affectionate cat who will keep you company and make you smile every day, Arnold may be your perfect match. 🐱 Apply to adopt Arnold: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FFRV/Cat 🐱 Come meet Arnold at Nurture Pet Glassboro located at 180 William Dalton Drive, Glassboro, New Jersey.

Meet Zorro 🖤🤍 Zorro is about 3 years old and has been through a lot, but you’d never know it by how sweet he is. He’s super friendly, loves attention, and will happily “talk” to you all day. He was originally meant for adoption, but ended up being TNR’d instead by another organization. Months later, he was retrapped with severe dental disease. Zorro since had all his teeth removed and is feeling so much better now! Zorro is FIV+, but it’s only spread through deep bite wounds and reproducing! Since he has no teeth and is neutered, he’s not a risk to other cats. Just a mushy, lovable guy. He’s fully vetted, FeLV negative, and ready for his forever home. Plus, his little cross-eyed face makes him even more perfect. Zorro has waited long enough. Truthfully, he’s ready to be someone’s baby. 💗 Apply to adopt Zorro at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FFRV/Cat 💗 Zorro in foster care. A meet and greet can be scheduled once you have an approved application on file.
