She was found as a stray near the lake in Webster, which is how this lovely girl got her name. When she first arrived, Lake needed some medical care. Her jaw sat at an unusual angle, which caused her to accidentally bite her tongue. Thankfully, she received the treatment she needed and her mouth is now in good shape. Lake is a very gentle cat who is still a little shy as she continues learning that people can be kind and loving. With patience and a quiet home, she will continue to grow more comfortable and confident each day. There is something very special about Lake. When you look into her soft green eyes, your heart melts just wanting to love her. She is hoping for a calm, caring home where she can feel safe and finally enjoy the comfort and affection she deserves.

Meet Blossom! Blossom is a lovely young cat who has only been at Mr. Grey’s for a few days, but she has already shown everyone what a sweet and gentle girl she is. She enjoys affection and has a calm, loving nature that makes her easy to cherish. Before coming to the rescue, Blossom had been hit by a car and suffered some nerve damage in one of her legs. She is receiving careful attention, and we are hopeful that the nerve damage will improve with time. For now, she is being closely monitored while she continues to rest and recover. Even though she is still getting used to her new surroundings, Blossom has already begun making friends and seems to have formed a sweet bond with Chestnut. It’s clear that she has a kind and friendly spirit. Blossom is still settling in, but we are certain that once she adjusts and feels fully at home, she will make a truly wonderful companion for a very lucky adopter.

Meet Betty Boop - A Survivor! Betty Boop is a resilient and quirky little lady who overcame a very rough start in life. She was abandoned in a cardboard box on Mr. Grey's porch and was so weak she couldn’t even stand. It was later discovered that she was battling both Toxoplasmosis and FIP (feline infectious peritonitis). With treatment, time, and lots of care, Betty Boop made an incredible recovery, and we are so grateful she is now happy and enjoying life. She does have some lingering neurological quirks from her illnesses. Her most adorable habit is sticking out her long pink tongue, and when you pet her she often gives sweet little kisses. Betty Boop loves lounging on the kitchen mat where it’s warm and she can watch the activity around her. She is also a big fan of food—mealtime and treats are the highlights of her day. She does not want to be picked up, but she enjoys being petted on her own terms. Betty Boop is looking for a loving, patient home where she can relax, enjoy her favorite cozy spots, and continue being her wonderfully unique self. 🐾

Wilson is a beautiful Orange Tabby cat. He is so friendly and a great cat. He is 11 years old now and is looking for a forever home with someone that he can cuddle with. He will do very well with kids. He loves people so much, and he purrs all day. I would say to have him be the only cat. That is preferred for him at this stage. He is up to date on all shots and vet visits. We will include food, litter, feeder, food storage, and litter box to a good home.
