Story
Sprinkles is a sweet tabbico girl with a soft patchwork coat of tabby stripes and calico colors that make her look like she was sprinkled with paint—hence her name. She has a gentle spirit and bright, curious eyes, always ready to watch birds through the window or curl up in a warm sunbeam. Despite having a Grade III heart murmur, Sprinkles doesn’t let it dim her spark. She still enjoys the simple joys of life: cozy naps, quiet cuddles, and the occasional playful chase after a toy. With her calm resilience and loving nature, Sprinkles brings warmth and happiness to everyone lucky enough to know her. She has a $125 adoption fee.🐾💗 All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. Story
Chester is a mellow orange boy with soulful eyes and a heart that leans gently into every bit of kindness he’s given. Living with FIV+ doesn’t slow him down—it just means he thrives best in a calm, caring home where he can be safe and loved. He can live with other friendly cats who are spayed/neutered. He’s the kind of cat who prefers cozy over chaotic, happiest curled up in a soft blanket or quietly keeping you company from his favorite sunny spot. Chester isn’t about mischief or mayhem—he’s about slow blinks, soft purrs, and forming deep, loyal bonds with his people. Sweet, resilient, and full of quiet charm, Chester proves every day that a gentle spirit can shine the brightest. He has a $100 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. Story
Toto is a gentle gray tabby girl with soft stripes and an even softer heart. She came to us through no fault of her own after her previous owner could no longer care for her, and she’s now ready for a fresh start. Toto can be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her sweet and affectionate personality shines through. She enjoys quiet moments, cozy spots, and the simple comfort of being near someone who cares. In the short time she's been with us, Toto has blossomed into a loyal and loving companion. She has a $100 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. Story
Cayenne and Cumari are the last of their litter; it has taken some time to work with them as they were spicy little peppers on intake. They will both need someone with patience and time to allow them to grow comfortable, and need adopters who will continue to work with them. Cayenne LOVES bigger, friendly cats and would thrive from an affectionate role model. Cumari is just a little slower to warm up but she is getting there. Both are extremely playful and so curious about human ways, and very observant of their humans. Each has a $125 adoption fee. All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. If you would like to adopt, please fill out the application through the link or the website at -www.whiskersofohio.org - please note that the "I'm interested" tab on Petfinder does NOT act as an application, this should only be used for specific questions before committing to an adoption. You will receive an email confirmation when your application goes through. We make no breed guarantees; we are a rescue, not a breeder. Please only apply for a specific kitten if you are committed to adopting! Our workers are all volunteers and it takes time to process applications.
