Story
Hi my name is Ziggy. I love dogs. I love to play with my catnip toys and the boxer in the house. I have a cute little kink in my tail. The vet said it doesn't hurt me at all but gives me fun character. I am a sweet boy and would love to find a new home where I can run the place.

Story
Adam (black cat) was trapped at an abandoned apartment complex here in Southern Oregon. He was semi feral but has made a LOT of progress in the 2 years he was in foster care, and now seeks out attention. He can be shy until he gets to know you. But once he's comfortable he'll flop onto his back and ask for belly rubs. Sega is 1.5 years old and can be shy but is still friendly and playful! She is bonded with Adam, and we would love to see them adopted together. We think they'll do amazing in a home, with the right people who'll be patient with them. Put in an application for these two wonderful kitties today! https://sanctuaryone.org/rescue-animals/adopt-us/adoption-application/

Story
Meet Cody, our 4-year-old orange tabby cat with an inspiring tale. His journey started when he was, unfortunately, suspected to be dumped. However, a compassionate Good Samaritan stepped in. Over several weeks this kind soul not only fed him but also brought him into her home. During this process, Cody's rescuer discovered that he had FIV, likely from a scuffle with a feral tomcat and ensured he was neutered, highlighting their dedication to Cody's well-being. Following these efforts, Cody was taken to the Rogue Valley Humane Society and promptly brought to Sanctuary One. According to this past caretaker and proven by our staff and volunteers Cody is a genuine snuggle bug, ready to share affection with a new family! Since Cody is FIV+ he will need to be an indoor cat only. Put in you Adoption Application for the sweetheart today: https://sanctuaryone.org/rescue-animals/adopt-us/adoption-application/

Story
Zeke was rescued by Good Samaritans who were feeding him and noticed that he was having trouble eating. After going to the vet to have a few teeth removed, neutered and vaccinated they discovered that he is FIV+. Melly Cat Rescue (mellycatrescue.com) was kind enough to take Zeke into their rescue then transfer him to us. Zeke is very shy but extremely sweet once he is comfortable in his surroundings. He loves to sleep on your lap. He has had a tough start to his life but is ready to find a quiet home where he can sleep on your lap or just lay on the couch. Zeke will need to be an indoor kitty only. If you have love to give, Zeke would like for you to come meet him soon. Story
Mr. Scruffy came to us one day when I was out yardsaling. He climbed the little make shift box they had him and others in to reach me. I took him home because he looked sick and needed someone to help him he was so tiny and undernourished. As of now he is a healthy indoor/outdoor cat. Almost 1 years old from what I know. He gets along qith everyone dogs, cats, and children. Due to money issues we are unable to get him the necessary shots/neutering and need to find him a home that can afford to care for him whether it be as a house cat or barn cat.
