Ideal Home: Ready to Rock and Roll (and love!) 🥁Qualities: Energetic, Affectionate, Lap Cat 🐾Zoom! There goes Capri Sun on his next cat-venture! This spunky boy loves his daily activities of chasing mouse toys and exploring his castle. A big basket of things to play with and keep him busy is key to his adventurous happiness! Capri Sun will do best in a home that is ready for his fun filled energy and playtime agenda. He is also quite the lovable little boy and is a perfect addition to someone ready to have all the fun with his silly antics and unconditional love. He would do fine with another feline friend and older kiddos who understand his rambunctious but equally affectionate qualities! Capri Sun is excited to read all of his adoption applications, available below!___________________________Please complete an adoption application if you are interested in adopting from Ten Lives! Apply here:  https://tenlivescatrescue.org/adoptionapp/Please Note:If the cat or kitten is no longer listed in the drop-down menu of the application then they are no longer available for adoption and we are not accepting applications. Due to limited volunteer power, applications submitted for cats or kittens no longer available will not be reviewed. About Ten Lives:Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat. Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience! All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.

Dominic – The Dapper Little Gentleman! 🖤🤍🎩 Meet Dominic, the only boy in the bunch and rocking it with tuxedo style! This 2-month-old heartthrob is all class in his sleek black-and-white coat, with a purr-sonality that's equal parts charming and playful. And rumor has it… he’s his mama’s favorite. 😉 Dominic is curious, confident, and always ready to explore or snuggle — whichever gets him more attention! Whether he’s zooming through the room or curling up for a cozy nap, he does it with flair. Important Adoption Info: Because Dominic is under 16 weeks old, he’ll need to be adopted with one of his siblings — Marley, Sheba, Callie, or LeLe — or join a home that already has a young, playful cat buddy. These kittens are not yet fully up to date on vaccines and have not been spayed or neutered. They’ll need to return to Scruffy Paws for future vetting. Looking for a tiny tuxedo with a big personality? Dominic is your guy! 🎩🐾 Please be sure to read a cat's full bio before applying! We do our best to keep bios updated as we learn more about each cat or as circumstances change. The bio is the best place to find the most current and important information about their needs, personality, and ideal home. Thank you for your interest in adopting from Scruffy Paws Animal Rescue! If this post is still up, we are still accepting applications for this cat(s)/kitten(s). There's no need to email us about availability, just submit an application if you're interested! For more information about our adoption process, please visit our website: https://scruffypawsanimalrescue.org/about-adoption/ All adoption fees include: - Spay/neuter surgery Adoption Process - Microchip - Rabies and distemper vaccinations - Proof of FIV/feline leukemia testing - Flea treatment & deworming - A veterinary exam Please Note: Scruffy Paws operates by appointment only and is not open to the public. Many of our cats and kittens are in foster homes, so for the safety of our fosters and adopters, an approved adoption application is required before scheduling a meet-and-greet. Ready to apply? Meet Percy, a handsome 6-year-old gentleman who’s blossomed into a loving, loyal companion. Once a shy guy, Percy has really come out of his shell and now enjoys cuddles, cheek scratches, cozy naps, and window bird-watching sessions. He’s a mellow lap cat who just needed time to feel safe—and now he soaks up affection from his favorite human like a pro!Percy would love to be the only feline in a quiet home where he can be the center of attention. He might be okay with a calm, respectful dog after a slow introduction, and he’d do best with kids 12+ who understand gentle boundaries.Food is the way to Percy’s heart—he’s a big fan of Friskies wet food and Churu treats! With a little patience and a lot of love, Percy will reward you with endless snuggles and sweet companionship. Tayla – The Littlest Lovebug with Frosted Whiskers and Big Heart Eyes! ✨🐾💕 Meet Tayla, the tiniest kitten in her litter, but don’t let her size fool you—she’s got the biggest love to give! At just 2 months old, Tayla has a striking look: her black coat is sprinkled with silvery “frosted tips” that make her look like she just stepped out of a kitten salon. (Though as she grows, she’ll become a sleek little panther!) Tayla is a total people kitten—she’s the first to greet you, the first to purr, and absolutely the first to climb your leg if your lap isn’t available. She’s bold, loving, and always wants to be where you are. Important Adoption Info: Because Tayla is under 16 weeks old, she’ll need to be adopted with one of her siblings—Marley, Sheba, Callie, Lele, or Dominic—or join a home that already has a young, playful cat to keep her company. Tayla and her littermates are not yet fully up to date on vaccines and have not been spayed or neutered. They’ll need to return to Scruffy Paws for future vetting. If you’re looking for a tiny snuggle shadow with sparkling fur and a big personality, Tayla is your girl! 💖🐱 Please be sure to read a cat's full bio before applying!
