Story
A very gentle and sweet boy cat that is 7 months old. He is a gray very cuddly cat who loves to lay in peoples laps and give kisses, and LOVES to talk to you and respond to what you have to say (note he doesn’t meow excessively or anything but will most likely talk to you if you join the room or start talking to him). I really want to find him an excellent home. He fell into our laps recently by previous owners who were unable to take care of him anymore and were moving and are looking to rehome him. One quick note is that he is not fixed so that would be something that he would need.

Meet Yzma, Kuzco & Kronk! 👑🦙 No need to pull the wrong lever—these three are the perfect recipe for fun! Yzma, Kuzco, and Kronk are playful, curious kittens who are always ready to turn your home into their own little adventure. Like all young kittens, they have plenty of energy and would thrive in an active home where they have lots of opportunities to play, explore, and grow. They're looking for families who understand that kittens are busy little bundles of mischief and love! These three can be adopted individually, but they'll do best with another kitten or a young, social cat to wrestle, chase, and cuddle with. A feline friend will help them burn off all that kitten energy and build their confidence as they grow. If you’re interested in adopting, please fill out an adopter profile at www.parl.org/adopt and stop by during our open hours!

Adoption Donation   $ 299   Located: RI (Transportation costs included to the Northeast , plz ask for more details) Age: approx. 17 weeks as of 07/15/2026    If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an application on our website  www.fohari.org  and email my foster parent for more information:  lindaroy.soares@gmail.com Please verify the location and readiness of this dog with us.  Because we save lives from various locations through out the United States, some dogs may not be in New England yet, nor ready for immediate adoption.   Our adoption application can be found here: https://fohari.org/application/  Our Adoption Process:   Go to our website and select the animal you are interested in. ALL animals are in foster homes as we do NOT have a  shelter where you can visit. Some animals are in foster care in New England, and some are located in other states. If the initials following the animals name are a state, then that is the state where the animal is located. If initials are not a state, then those are the initials of the foster home outside of New England and you will not be able to meet the animal ahead of time. Complete our online application You will be contacted by phone or email by the foster parent  or a member of our adoption team and will have the opportunity to find out more about the animal, and ask any questions that you have to ensure the animal is a good fit for your household. If the animal is local, you can meet the animal, but you would not be able to take the dog home until you are approved to adopt.  From our end, we will check references and schedule a home visit.  If you live in an apartment, or a condo, we will need to verify permission to own the animal from your landlord or condo board. Please let your vet’s office and references know we will be contacting them. If your  references are positive, we will schedule a home visit by a volunteer. Please try to accommodate the home visit volunteer as most  have busy schedules. Delays in the visit will result in a delay in the adoption. Once you are approved, you will receive an e-mail with your  adoption contract attached. This e-mail will have details about pick up, the balance of the adoption fee that is owed, etc. Please email your signed & witnessed contract and pay your adoption fee in full, and for any animals located out of state, you will be contacted for details about transport to New England. Once you have paid your adoption fee in full and sent back your contract, you can make arrangement to pick up your animal from the foster home or from transport depending on where the animal is located. Please bring a harness, collar, ID tag and leash when you are picking up the dog unless otherwise instructed by the foster parent. Our extensive approval process is intended to ensure the best fit between our animals and adopters. Friends of Homeless Animals (FOHA) reserves the right to deny any adoption application with or without disclosure of cause. Your adoption fee helps to cover the cost of all age appropriate vetting and transportation. FOHARI.ORG makes no explicit or implicit guarantees in reference to the health, temperament and/or the breed of the animal. The animal is adopted ‘as is’, and the adopter assumes all responsibility for treatment of any and all existing conditions or any other conditions of physical or temperament changes that may occur. FOHARI.ORG will provide the animal with the basic vaccines, heart worm test and sterilization of dogs and cats before adoption if the age and current health of the animal permits. While FOHARI.ORG makes every effort to place only healthy animals, FOHARI.ORG cannot guarantee the health of any animal, and shall not be held responsible for any medical expenses that may be incurred. Rescuer will provide information received from the veterinarian exam, observations on the temperament of the animal and a best guess of the breed. Friends of Homeless Animals Inc. Story
🎶 Meet Jethro Paw! 🎶A progressive rock kitten, Jethro Paw hits the perfect note as he makes his grand intro to the adoption scene! This boy is easy going, sociable, and enjoys spending his days exploring new rooms and playing with fun toys. He is the most confident of his siblings, and approaches everyday with energetic adventure! There's only one thing Jethro Paw loves more than rocking out, and that is food! He puts on a full dramatic affair when the wet food comes out, and delights when it's time to eat. After mealtime, he is back to sneak attacks and zoomies with his siblings until he's all tired out and ready for a cat nap. Did we mention he is a CATalyst cat? Two paws up for helping his fellow feline community!Keep calm, rock on, and add Jethro Paw  to your set list today!Jethro Paw has an appointment in Providence, Rhode Island, for their spay/neuter on July 28. This appointment is included in the cost of adoption, but the adopter is responsible for getting the cat to/from the appointment (8 am drop off, 2 pm pick up).We are unable to reschedule this due to the limited availability of low-cost spay/neuter appointments. If you cannot accommodate a weekday appointment, we ask that you consider adopting a kitty that is already spayed/neutered.___________________________Spay & Neuter Disclosure:To facilitate adoptions and open more foster space, this kitten is being adopted with a spay-neuter adoption agreement. An appointment for services has been scheduled and the adopter will be responsible for transportation and post-surgical care. Appointment information will be provided during the application process and the spay/neuter cost is inclusive of the adoption fee. The adopter is responsible for providing an e-collar and monitoring the incision site for infection. Any post-surgical complications are the responsibility of the adopter and should be treated by the adopter's vet. If you are unable to accommodate a weekday appointment, we kindly ask that you consider another adoptable cat who is already spayed or neutered. ___________________________CATalyst cats:At Ten Lives, we believe in saving the most at-risk cats of our community. Many times, these cats require extraordinary medical care and extensive stays in their foster homes before they are ready for adoption. But we don’t think time or money should ever get in the way of a cat receiving the care they deserve! To help us care for these cats, we have increased fees for other cats who are in high demand–such cats aid us in catalyzing change within our community. When you adopt a CATalyst cat, you aren’t just providing a forever home for them; you’re helping many other cats at Ten Lives, like our Forgotten Felines!Thank you for allowing us to continue our life-saving work!___________________________Please complete an adoption application if you are interested in adopting from Ten Lives! Apply here:  https://tenlivescatrescue.org/adoptionapp/Please Note:If the cat or kitten is no longer listed in the drop-down menu of the application then they are no longer available for adoption and we are not accepting applications. Due to limited volunteer power, applications submitted for cats or kittens no longer available will not be reviewed. About Ten Lives:Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat. Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience! All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
