Meet Lazlo 🧡Just under 3 years old, Lazlo is the purrfect mix of orange-cat chaos and heart-melting charm. Bird watching? Check. Scaling furniture like gravity is optional? Check. Locking eyes with you like he’s got a secret plan (he probably does)? Absolutely.Lazlo is affectionate, playful, and always ready to go, especially if a wand toy is involved. His all-time favorite is “Da Bird,” and he’ll happily show off his impressive hunting skills during a good chase session. He may also believe your houseplants are part of an elaborate jungle expedition. We don’t ask questions.Recently, Lazlo had his second dental procedure to address dental disease, and he is now officially tooth-free and feeling great, ready to rock and roll into his next chapter. Don’t let that fool you, though. Howie is available for adoption or foster-to-adopt, which allows you to bring him home on a trial basis before finalizing. If you’re cooking, he’s involved. If you’re eating, he’s definitely involved. He’s just trying to perfect his secret recipes, obviously.Aside from his culinary ambitions, Howie loves hanging in his cat condo, bird-watching, and diving into playtime with his favorite toys. He’s an outgoing, silly guy who thrives when his brain is busy, so think play sessions, food puzzles, and anything that keeps him engaged. Meet Tiptoe 💫True to her name, Tiptoe moves through the world slowly, carefully, and on her own terms.Tiptoe came from a home with more than 100 cats, where she didn’t have the chance to learn that humans can be safe, kind, and predictable. Because of that, she is an incredibly sensitive and shy girl who is still figuring out how to trust.Right now, Tiptoe prefers the comfort of her hidey spots, where she can observe the world from a safe distance. But she is making progress. She will venture out for her favorite things, especially food. Churu is the way to her heart. She has even come out for short play sessions with a wand toy when she is feeling brave.While people still feel a little overwhelming, Tiptoe finds comfort in the company of other cats. Having feline friends helps her feel more secure and gives her the confidence to explore her surroundings and try new things.Tiptoe is not a cat who will seek out attention or ask to be pet right now. She may not for a long time, and that is okay. What she needs is an adopter who truly understands shy cats and is willing to meet her where she is. Someone patient, gentle, and committed to letting her move at her own pace without expectations.With time, consistency, and a steady supply of Churu, we are hopeful Tiptoe will continue to build confidence and trust. 🐾 Meet Lothar! 🐾Lothar is a 2-year-old bundle of cuteness officially on the adoption scene! Lothar arrived to Ten Lives nervous and shy, working through trust issues and unsure of what to come. We've promised him nothing but love and lots of playtime, and he has been getting more confident by the day. Once he settles in,  Lothar loves being pet and will give you gentle headbutts for kisses. He may spend some time in a cat tunnel or somewhere else that he feels safe in, but will gradually, but slowly, start to come out to explore. Lothar loves to eat, it's probably his favorite past time, so he can be won over with treats, especially squeeze treats.
