DOB 1/20/26 Cherry wants to be involved with whatever you are doing. She is a master assistant to all tasks that definitely do not require a kitten. Whether you are sweeping or wiping down a surface she is there to lend an opinion and a not so helpful hand. She also likes to be present for any jobs requiring a screen or keyboard. She will advise from your shoulder & is always looking for a spot on your lap! Adoption fee is $250 and includes the flight to Boston Logan or Providence airport. Sometimes they come by van right to Providence RI. This will be discussed in the virtual home visit. Deworming, age appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery and microchip lifetime registration are included. All felines are FIV/FEL tested & negative. All paperwork for the multiple vet visits will be provided to adopter. We are only approved to privately adopt in RI & unfortunately are unable to adopt to MA residents. Meet our 50th Anniversary Survivor Group, celebrating these cats incredible journey and resilience. Meet Coach, Rupert, Cerie, Mike White, and Boston Rob! These stunning cats came to us from a home with over 100 cats. they have come a long way since they first arrived at PARL but it is now time for them to start their next chapter. Our boys and one girl are still on the fearful side and love being around other cats. When it comes to human interactions they are still hesitant and will need homes that are understanding and willing to meet them where they are at. We have had these cats in our care since mid February and some have only just started to be comfortable with us in their space. Because these cats came from a hoarding situation, transitions can be difficult for them. They are looking for a cat-savvy homes that will give them the time they need to decompress and show what a wonderful companions they can be. Our special cats would love to go home with a friend! Mike White and Coach seem to be a great pair and Boston Rob and Cirie hang out all the time. We may recommend some of these cats to be adopted as pairs to help them feel comfortable. Juliana is 7 months old black girl with medium, spiky coat and bushy tail. Since she was a baby Juliana was brave and adventurous. She is active, curious and very energetic. She loves attention and is vocal about it. Juliana enjoys being held. Although she looks serious on the pictures, Juliana has very outgoing, entertaining personality. She loves to play with cats and dogs.

Meet Buttercup! Buttercup is about 3 years old and is the sweetest fluff ball around. Buttercup enjoys nothing more than snuggling and getting lots of pets from her favorite people. She loves climbing in laps, giving hugs, and making biscuits. Since Buttercup is such a social butterfly, she would enjoy a home where she gets plenty of love and attention. Buttercup would likely do fine with cat-savvy children who know to be gentle. She has also lived with cats before and would likely do well with a cat friend if introduced appropriately. Buttercup has never been around dogs but is generally social and confident. She may do well with a cat-savvy dog if provided a thoughtful introduction. Buttercup had a bout of poor appetite and weight loss in the shelter setting that has since resolved. We suspect this was caused by stress in a strange environment, as Buttercup has had no other medical concerns and has rebounded well in her foster home. Adopters should monitor for decreased appetite during times of transition or stress and follow up with their vet if concerns arise. Buttercup will also require regular grooming to maintain her fluffy coat and prevent matting. ⭐ Buttercup is the sweetest girl with so much love to give!
