Story
DOB 4/12/24 Meet Bean — the sweetest girl with the most gorgeous fluffy fur. Bean is a chatty little companion who loves nothing more than curling up in your lap or chest. She enjoys being brushed and absolutely thrives on attention of any kind. She is shy with new people & in new places but will literally come to you when you call her for love & attention! We are looking for a quiet home with no young kids as we think she will thrive in calm home. If you’re looking for a loving, gentle lap cat, Bean is your girl. Adoption fee is $200 and includes the flight to Boston Logan or Providence airport, deworming, age appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery and microchip lifetime registration. All felines are FIV/FEL tested & negative. We are only approved to privately adopt in RI & unfortunately are unable to adopt to MA residents. We look forward to hearing from you! Story
Winter is a 7.5 months old heathy, playful and very loving kitty. His favorite toys are jingle balls. He is mischievous and funny, but he also likes to eat and take break naps between plays. Winter was one of three siblings orphaned very early by cat mother. He was the only one who survived but lost one toe. He was rescued by someone who put a lot of love during nurturing and healing time. Perhaps that is why Winter is close to people, likes to be pet and cuddles. Great with other cats and dogs.

Story
Meet Gracie 👑 Gracie is a 14-year-old sweetheart with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She’s incredibly affectionate and loves to share her opinions—especially when it’s breakfast or dinner time! If you enjoy a chatty companion who will happily keep you company, Gracie will fit right in. This lovely senior would do well in a calm home, and may be okay with cat-savvy children who understand and respect feline boundaries. Gracie prefers to be the queen bee, so a home without other pets is ideal for her to feel secure and confident. Gracie is currently available through our Special Medical / Hospice Adoption program. She has several age-related conditions, including hyperthyroidism, chronic kidney disease (CKD), and dental disease. She is medically stable and receiving ongoing care, including medication for her thyroid and a prescription renal diet to support her kidney health. With close partnership with a veterinarian and thoughtful monitoring, many cats like Gracie can continue to enjoy comfort and a good quality of life. While her lifespan may be more limited due to her chronic conditions, Gracie has so much love left to give. She would thrive in a peaceful, supportive home with adopters who are comfortable providing ongoing medical care, regular check-ins with a vet, and—most importantly—lots of affection. If you’re looking to make a meaningful difference in a senior cat’s life and are ready to open your heart to a special soul, Gracie would love nothing more than to spend her golden years cherished and adored. 💕 Gracie is in our special medical adoption program and currently out in foster. If you are interested in meeting her, please complete an adopter’s profile at parl.org and email clinic@parl.org to set up a meet and greet.

Story
Meet Lynx, a very handsome boy who is looking for a nice home where he can take his time settling in. Lynx is a bit shy and fearful at first, so he’ll need a calm environment and gentle people who will allow him the space he needs to get comfortable and build trust but once he is comfy he is full of love and play! Lynx has lived with other cats before and could do well with a feline buddy with a proper, slow introduction. He has no known experience with kids, so any introductions should be slow and respectful of his comfort level. This beautiful boy is currently very overweight, so a gradual and healthy weight loss journey is strongly recommended for his long term health and prevention. With the right support, Lynx can feel his best and enjoy a more active, comfortable life. He loves wand toys and scratching posts! With patience, kindness, and a cozy place to land, we believe Lynx will blossom into a sweet couch potato companion who just wants to relax near his people. Give this handsome guy a little time, and he’ll show you just how special he is. 🤎 🐾 ⭐ If you’re interested in adopting, please fill out an adopter profile at www.parl.org/adopt and stop by during our open hours! ⭐
