Story
In 2019, we purchased Buddy from an Amish breeder in Pennsylvania. He has been a loving, great dog for our family for the past seven years. He has had no health issues but experiences a lot of anxiety living in the middle of Washington DC. He is very protective of his family and perceives other animals and visitors as a threat initially. He warms up quickly to new people, however, and is a snuggly, sweet, family dog. He lives with three kids and he is friends with all of their friends right now. Unfortunately, due to some major life changes we need to find a new home for Buddy. He is on anti-anxiety medication which he takes happily in cheese once a day. If in a quieter location, he may not need the medication. Buddy is playful and loving and content to chase squirrels all day and take long naps. he does require grooming every couple of months but does not shed at all.

Maple is a sweet, loving, and incredibly smart puppy who has brought so much joy into my life. She loves being around people, learns quickly, and has the kind of personality that makes everyone fall in love with her. She is curious, playful, affectionate, and still very much a baby who is figuring out the world around her. As difficult as this decision has been, I want to make sure Maple has the best life possible. She deserves someone who has the time, energy, and flexibility to give her the attention, training, and consistency that every young puppy needs.I'm looking for a home with someone who understands the commitment that comes with raising a puppy and is excited to help her continue learning and growing. He has a sensitive stomach and is on a low fat diet (will provide current bag of his food and treats with rehoming).He enjoys playing with other dogs. He would like an active household and home with a yard. Going for walks and playing with balls. He has a lot of energy. Enjoys playing catch and going for walks. He completed basic training. He is house trained and knows basic commands like sit, stay, wait, come, down, leave it. He is crate trained and enjoys being in his crate.

Meet BigBoy, the goofiest, precious, cuddle bug there is. He is perfect in so many ways. BigBoy is great with dogs and kids. He is potty trained and uses his puppy pads well. He can be stubborn at times, but then he turns it into a game. BigBoy was introduced to me when I visited a former friend of mine. Upon entering the home, Big was in a cage that was facing a wall, covered in blankets. The first thing I noticed about him was how BIG his puppy paws were, and of course, how sweet and excited he was to see a new person despite being in a cage. I was told he was kept in there all day. Big was being neglected pretty bad. So, a few days later, he ended up with me :). I have been trying to find him a home on my own to avoid shelters and more cages. These last three months have been definitely something to talk about (in the best way), I am so grateful to have met BigBoy and hope he finds his forever person who will cherish him how he deserves.
