Hi there, I’m UVA! 🐾 I’m a 2-year-old Chi Mix, and I’m looking for a special person to share my love with. I had a rough start, but I’ve come a long way, and I’m ready to give my whole heart to someone who’ll love me back. 💖
I’m a little nervous when I meet new people, but once I get to know you, I’ll be the most loyal and loving companion you could ask for! My favorite place in the world is sitting in your lap—there’s just no better spot. Sometimes, I’ll even give you a little stare (you’ll know what I mean) to let you know it’s time for me to get comfy on your lap. 😉 I’ve spent months taking care of my puppies, and let me tell you, I’m a super mom! I’m patient, gentle, and I can handle a lot of roughhousing from those little ones without getting upset.
I’m sweet and affectionate with the people I know, and I’ll always want to be by your side. I’m house-trained and pretty good about using my pee pads (though I’m still working on the whole potty-training thing, but I’m eager to learn!). I do get a little barky when I see other animals, but with some time and patience, I know I can work on it.
**What I’m Looking for in My Forever Home:**
* A small family (just 1-3 people) who can give me all the love and attention I deserve
* A quiet and cozy home where I can feel safe and secure
* A home with a fenced yard or an apartment/townhome with access to dog parks would be perfect!
* Someone who’s patient and understanding, ready to help me continue to grow and blossom
I might be shy and nervous at first, but once I trust you, I’ll be the most loyal little sidekick you could ever have. I can’t wait to find my forever family and show you just how much love I have to give. 💕 I may be a little rough around the edges, but I promise, I’m a total sweetheart once you get to know me.

Adoption FEE: $600 which includes her spay, microchip, and vaccines. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals.

Heartworm-Positive Dog Medical Coverage Policy
Mercy Full Project provides flea prevention, heartworm prevention, and doxycycline (an antibiotic that helps reduce inflammation associated with heartworm disease) for heartworm-positive dogs from the date of diagnosis through the first 30 days of treatment, or until the time of adoption whichever comes first.
After adoption, all ongoing medical care becomes the responsibility of the adopter. This includes continuing heartworm treatment, follow-up testing, medications, and any additional veterinary care as recommended.
Once the dog test negative we ask adopters to please share these results with us.
Adopters may continue treatment with their primary care veterinarian or with Planned Pethood at any of their locations, PPH is a vet we recommend.
We will provide adopters with the dog’s medical records and guidance to help ensure a smooth continuation of care.
A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption. All Dogs / Puppies / Cats / Kittens are up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spay/neuter, flea/heart worm prevention, and are microchipped prior to adoption. If you are meeting a puppy or kitten that is not ready for adoption there may be a waiting period until they are fully ready to go home.
Adoption fee - Along with the individual animals vetting and daily care costs, the adoption fee helps Mercy Full Project cover additional vet bills, maintain their facility, and cover the cost of their operations in order to rescue more animals in need.
