Story
Baby Bat embodies the personality, uniqueness and likeness of the Batman. First, he works alone. No sidekicks or partners. He prefers solitude and his space. Baby Bat has lived with his foster and her dog pack for 5 years, he gets along with them but tolerates them at most. He would do well in a home where he is the only dog, no children, and adults only. Next, Baby Bat is an apex predator. Which means he needs his sleep and food and not to be interrupted or coddled when given either. Baby Bat is not a lap or cuddly dog. Finally, did we mention Baby Bat is a Chihuahua mix? That's a really important detail! Baby Bat is a great and loyal dog seeking a great family to adopt him! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Shrimp — a little gentleman with a big heart, weighing in at just 8 lbs. This 10-year-old Chihuahua–Maltese mix we think, is as sweet as they come. Shrimp is a gentle, happy boy who loves nothing more than being close to his person. He’ll happily follow you from room to room, just to make sure you don’t get lost without him. Even though he doesn’t have any teeth, Shrimp is a true foodie at heart — mealtime is his favorite time! He’s crate trained and sleeps well, though sometimes he can’t quite make it through the night, so he wears a diaper just to be safe. House training is still a work in progress, but he’s learning. If you’re looking for a loyal little shadow who will fill your days with love and quiet companionship, Shrimp is ready to wiggle right into your heart. Local Only adoption fee is $200(in TX)

Story
Get ready for cuteness overload, Sally! Sally is an adorable little chihuahua mixed with Maltese & Poodle. She has no long or curly hair, but she will steal your heart 💖 One of her favorite activities is cuddling: with people, and even next to a kitty. Other pastimes include dancing on her hind legs & singing the songs of her people in an only key sopranos dare to reach, watching toilets flush, & sunbathing. She does like to dig, unfortunately near the fence line, so should not be outdoors unattended. Also, although she cuddles with sleeping kitties, awake kitties are fair game for tag - something they might not appreciate. Both of these are trainable with this smart pup. So if cuteness, low shedding, small size, & a whole lotta fun are what you are looking for, hurry to adopt Sally! She is available through God’s Dogs Rescue (www.godsdogsrescue.com) Extra Attributes Leash trained Sings & dances when excited Local adoption fee is $250(in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Submit application to meet dog if interested - yes an application is required******** Meet Rita – Your Future Best Friend 🐾 Rita is a sweet and soulful 3-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing approximately 12 lbs. She’s looking for a calm, low-traffic home where she can truly shine as the center of attention. A fenced yard would be ideal for her to safely explore and enjoy the outdoors. This little lady is fully vetted, potty trained, and highly food motivated—she’ll even dance for treats! Rita adores ear scratches and belly rubs, and once she feels safe, she’ll be your loyal companion for life. She thrives in the company of women and is selective with some men, so a patient and understanding adopter is key. Rita would do best as the only pet in the home, where she can soak up all the love and affection she deserves. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to a devoted little friend, Rita is ready to meet you. Adoption Application: https://www.cognitoforms.com/New2URescues/AdoptionApplication ********If dog/pup is showing as available it is available. Please do not email asking if it is. Submit application to meet dog if interested - yes an application is required******** Meet Cherry, a 5 yr old chihuahua-Beagle mix weighing approximately 18 pounds. Despite her rough beginning in a hoarding situation, and her fearful nature, Cherry has proven to be a loving and affectionate companion who enjoys snuggles, pets and attention from her human. She’s dog and cat friendly and would do well in a quiet home with a low key canine companion. In addition, she’s potty trained, non destructive and enjoys sleeping in her dog bed, on your lap or beside you, or snuggled up in bed with her human at night. Cherry’s best match would be in a home with a fenced in secure yard. Cherry requires an adopter that is able and willing to give her the time and patience she will need to overcome her fear of new humans, trust her adopter and adjust to new surroundings. Once you’ve gained her trust, she will reward you as a loving, protective and loyal companion. She will shower her adopter with affection. Please note she is leash and crate resistant. An experienced adopter with fearful, but non aggressive behavior will take preference. Additionally, Cherry is extremely fearful of men, so it's preferred her adopter is female and home for most of the day.
