Dexter is a 4-year-old Chihuahua/Dachshund (chi-weenie) mix weighing approximately 26 pounds. He came to us when his owner died and he was being kept in a tiny cage. He is timid but has come a long way. He loves to play tug of war and he is very strong. He gets along with the other dogs but has not been cat or kid-tested. He is friendly and lovable when he gets to know you. His adoption donation is $250 which includes his neuter, vaccinations, and microchip. He is heartworm-negative and on monthly prevention. Story
Poor little Tater. He was surrendered to a shelter in North Florida an transported to our rescue. He was adopted for less than a month until her adopter injured her leg causing her to be unable to care for him so she recently returned him. Now Tater Tot is afraid that he'll be abandoned so he follows his foster mom everywhere. This little 10 lb, 10 year old dog a ts like a puppy when leashed for a walk so his "pulling on the leash" is something that we're working on. Due to cataracts, he has some vision loss. Tater Tot has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. He's current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Tater's adoption fee is $50. Benji is a sweet 15-year-old chihuahua looking for a quieter home. We adopted a large, playful dog, and the size difference makes it unsafe for Benji to roam freely. He now spends most of the day separated for his own safety, and we want him to have a home where he can relax and enjoy his senior years. Benji is gentle, friendly with everyone, and loves to snuggle in bed. He's calm and only barks when he needs something. He has lost a few teeth over the years, so he does best with softer food, but he has no other special needs. We're hoping to find a loving home where he can get more attention and freedom than we can give him right now.

Story
Nebula is a sweet girl that loves cuddles, snacks, short walks, and sun bathing. Great with kids, other dogs, and cats. Very playful. House trained. She never barks unless she needs to go out or senses its time to eat. It breaks our hearts to have to rehome her (due to human health issues) but we’re hopeful we can find her the perfect loving home.

Lucky is a 7yr old rescue dog that is very sweet and loves to cuddle! He is also very shy and has a little bit of anxiety from his previous owners as he was a rescue dog. We are no longer able to keep him and looking for a stable home for him! He loves attention and to be treated like a baby. He is updated on all of his shots with documentation and also neutered! Looking to find him a new home asap as we will be moving in a couple of weeks! He is house trained and loves treats. He is usually okay with other dogs and older children.
