Dexter is a 4-year-old Chihuahua/Dachshund (chi-weenie) mix weighing approximately 26 pounds. He came to us when his owner died and he was being kept in a tiny cage. He is timid but has come a long way. He loves to play tug of war and he is very strong. He gets along with the other dogs but has not been cat or kid-tested. He is friendly and lovable when he gets to know you. His adoption donation is $250 which includes his neuter, vaccinations, and microchip. He is heartworm-negative and on monthly prevention. Hi! My name is Molly and I am looking for a new home. For the first 2 years of my life, I was kept outside and wasn’t given much love. Despite my first few years in seclusion, I found a new home and was such a sweet and loving companion for my new Mom. Unfortunately, she had to move out of state to care for a relative and wasn’t able to take me along with her. My currently family adopted me and I have been such a joy for my adult humans. I don’t get along too well with the tiny human though, so I am currently looking for a new home where the dynamic is better for me. I am approximately 5 years old. I get along well with other dogs, LOVE snuggles, snacks, hugs, physical contact and all things soft and snuggly. I’m not too big on toys, as I never really learned to play when I was little. I truly am a very sweet, smart and loving little girl who just needs to find the right forever home. Please consider me for you child free home ❤️
