Meet Wizard Waverly!
This charming little 10-pound Chiweenie may have a magical name, but his greatest spell is how quickly he can steal your heart. At just 3 years old, Wizard Waverly is a bright, curious, and affectionate pup who’s learning what it means to be loved and cared for.
Wizard came to us from a heartbreaking situation — a home with over 30 dogs living in unsafe conditions. Thanks to the efforts of multiple rescues (including ours!), Wizard and his friends finally got their chance at a better life. Despite his rough start, Wizard’s resilience shines through every day.
He’s housebroken, crate-trained, and making great progress learning to use the doggy door. He’s still working on his leash training, but he’s such a smart boy that he’s picking it up quickly! Wizard loves toys, especially ones he can chase or squeak, and he’ll happily entertain himself or join in a play session with his humans.
Wizard can be a bit shy and skittish when meeting new people or encountering new situations — understandable given his past — but once he feels safe, his sweet, snuggly side shines. He loves attention, gentle pets, and being close to his trusted people.

We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting.

Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.
All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public in Oklahoma. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
