Story
I adopted him from Operation Kindness 2 months ago. He was shy at first but quickly settled in. He is territorial and needs some training. He is good with my other dog but not with strange dogs or people. He is absolutely the sweetest dog with me, just not other people. I think he’s just very protective. He seems very smart. I wish I could keep him but his behavior is not something I can tolerate. He needs a yard where he can run because he has a lot of energy.

Story
Sol was born on 2-2-22 in South TX in the RGV. She gets along with our 15 yr old mixed terrier. We got Sol when she was 3 months old so she grew up with our old lady Heaven. She doesn't get along with other dogs. She loves attention and very energetic. She runs fast and loves to sun bathe. Her bark is loud and sounds like a big dogs bark. She's for sure a good watch dog. She is a med sized dog. Weights between 20lbs to 25lbs

Story
Bella is a 4 year old, German Shepherd (mixed with potentially pit and/or Rottweiler). She is incredibly sweet, enjoys belly rubs, and licking you is her favorite form of returning the love. She is already trained to go in her cage without refusal, sits on command, and avoids learned restricted areas (she wasn’t allowed to come in our carpeted rooms. She stood at the door anytime we walked in while walking with her). She is potty trained and worked well with my work schedule, leaving her room for about 9 hours without mess. She is timid and quick to correct when she’s in trouble.

MEET PEPPER!!Sadly, Pepper was a young pup that has lived a crappy life in a short period of time!Pepper was found roaming the streets. She was malnourished, limping and in severe pain.We took Pepper to the Urgent care and they told us that she was shot with a BB and it shattered her hip (femoral head) in 10 pieces. You could literally hear her hip crunch. She was in pain and suffered this way for a long time. She was full of fleas and ticks. She had FHO surgery and is now doing great!Pepper is a 2 year old and weighs about 12 lbs. She loves to have fun and run and play with her furry friends!Pepper needs some time to warm up to strangers but with some treats she can become their best friend!! She is good with other dogs and needs a little playful friend to play with!Want to give this sweet girl an awesome life?EMAIL:mini-mutts@outlook.com(fosters/adopters must be in the Dallas Metroplex or surrounding areas only)ONE WEEK HOME TRIAL BEFORE ADOPTING!* NO LARGE DOGS* NO CHAIN LINK (can climb)* NO CHILDREN UNDER 12 YRS OLD* NO APARTMENTS* MUST HAVE ANOTHER SMALL PLAYFUL DOG

Story
My name is Otter and my fosters love me a lotter! That's because I am such a snuggle bug and lap dog. I am learning so much in my foster home, like the doggie door, house training and crate training. I was scared of the other dogs at first, but now I am friends with everyone. I love to wrestle and play chase with small dogs my size, Usually I have a toy or nylabone nearby because I discovered just how awesome those things are! I usually hang out where ever you are and am a great office assistant for my foster mom who works from home. And the sweetest thing about me is I make myself at home in your lap whenever I get the chance. I probably need a little more leash training, but other than that, I am ready to find my furever home!

Story
Milo is looking for a home with a woman, no children, and if there is a man in the home, he will need to be patient and allow Milo to build trust at his own pace. We make these recommendations because Milo can be protective of his home and the people he loves. Interestingly, once he’s out in public, he’s a completely different dog! He happily turns on the charm for children, men, and just about everyone he meets. Milo is both potty trained and kennel trained. He has excellent house manners and can be trusted to stay out of a kennel when left home alone. He loves to go for walks and at bedtime, his favorite place is snuggled up under the covers with his foster mom. Milo is currently living in a foster home with other dogs. While he enjoys their company, he’s not interested in playing with them. He’s perfectly content to relax nearby and simply coexist. Because of this, Milo would do well as an only dog, or in a home with another calm, laid-back dog that doesn’t expect a playmate. If another dog repeatedly tries to engage him in play, Milo may let them know he’s not interested by lifting his lip or giving a small growl to set boundaries. Milo is a 6 year old, 15 lb Chihuahua mix. If you are interested in adopting Milo, please submit an application at www.rescuerowinc.org *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 2-4 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee  Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee  Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##2487806##

Story
Before joining the rescue, Ferb was attacked by a large dog breaking his spine. We are thrilled to report that his spinal fracture has completely healed! After 2 1/2 months of crate rest, he has finally been cleared to run and play and is ready to begin his search for a forever home. He will just need to ease back into activity as he rebuilds his strength. His foster family says Ferb is a happy-go-lucky pup who loves everyone he meets and does great with other dogs. He loves to snuggle but is also independent and happy to entertain himself with toys. He’s almost fully potty trained and sleeps quietly through the night in his kennel. He’s also highly food motivated and has the cutest little personality! Ferb is 7 1/2 months old and weighs 8.09 lbs. According to Wisdom Panel, he is a Chihuahua/Shih Tzu/Poodle mix. If there are children in the home they need to be 13 years of age or older. Ready to give this little guy his forever home? Applications can be submitted at www.rescuerowinc.org. *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 48 hours.
