Story
We rescued Penny approximately 8 months ago. The vet puts her around 7 years old. This sweet little girl was found wandering around Lake Worth. She's affectionate, super snuggly, loves to follow you around, go for walks, and roll on her back to play with you. She gets along with the kids, cats and other dogs. She's never bitten and responds fairly well to commands. We've done our best to potty train but she still has the occasional accident. Being able to be outside with her for every potty break is a must. When we rescued her, the vet said she has worn down teeth - likely due to being crated too often or too long in her previous home or homes. I have tried saving for her dental work, yet through a series of unfortunate events, I can't scrape together enough money to help her. Now we're displaced from our home and it's become painfully clear she needs more stability and care than I'm able to offer her right now.

Shautzee is a 13-year-old black Chiweenie who is spayed and up to date on all vaccinations. She has been a loving companion and an important part of my family for many years. She is a senior dog looking for a quiet, loving home where she can spend her golden years surrounded by care and affection. Shautzee enjoys being around people and deserves a stable environment where she can feel safe and loved. This has been an extremely difficult decision. Due to unexpected housing issues and personal circumstances, I am no longer able to keep her. My landlord has given me a very short timeframe to rehome her, and I want to make sure she finds the best home possible. I am hoping to find someone kind and patient who will give Shautzee the love, comfort, and care she deserves.

I can be shy and a little timid however once the ice is broken I am the best cuddle buddy ever. I am house trained and keep barking to a minimum . My ideal day is to snuggle under the covers in my bed or unlimited cuddles and snuggles on the couch. I love to sun bathe and love car rides with the windows down. Jett is 9 years old. He has lived inside for his entire life with another dog who is 3 years older than him. He is very loving and also likes to spend time resting by himself. Llama is a very loving. Unfortunately I have to move and unable to take her with me. It hurts me so much to let her go since she as been with me for the last 6 years. I originally got Cash a year ago, she is about 3 now. She is sweet and has a lot of personality, loves treats, she’s a lap dog so she loves to be under her owner. Goes crazy for treats and snacks. Unfortunately I have an older dog who still does not get along with her. It’s difficult to have Cash out because the older dog will growl and try to get at her, which in turn prevents me from letting Cash stay out. I would like someone who loves chihuahuas and is experienced with them to adopt her and give her a loving home where she is spoiled.

My name is Otter and my fosters love me a lotter! That's because I am such a snuggle bug and lap dog. I am learning so much in my foster home, like the doggie door, house training and crate training. I was scared of the other dogs at first, but now I am friends with everyone. I love to wrestle and play chase with small dogs my size, Usually I have a toy or nylabone nearby because I discovered just how awesome those things are! I usually hang out where ever you are and am a great office assistant for my foster mom who works from home. And the sweetest thing about me is I make myself at home in your lap whenever I get the chance. I probably need a little more leash training, but other than that, I am ready to find my furever home!
