Kydden aced her obedience training, although the distractions from other pups didn't earn her valedictorian status. Meet Yo-Yo.. aka Goat! He was 1 of the 8 dogs that was lucky enough to fly to the US from Costa Rica to get a new chance at life. Yo-Yo is left with neurological issues per the Costa Rica sanctuary that he came from. You can see this when he walks. His name fits his personality perfectly! He acts like a goat nibbling on everything. He is a goof ball who's extremely loveable. He does great with all the dogs he is with in his foster home and his great with the  kids in the home. He loves to snuggle blankets and his peanut butter kongs! We suggest a home with kids older than 8 because he can at times resource guard his bones and food.  Yo-Yo has incontinence so he does wear a belly band in his foster home. He does not usually have an issue and maybe has 2-3 small spots a day if the band is off.  We believe him to be a cattle dog mix who deserves a very special home of his own!  If you are interested in Yo-Yo, please fill out an application. Snowflake is a 4-1/2 year old Cattledog blend who joined us recently due to circumstances beyond her control. She's an active girl and is looking for a family who would love to take her on hikes and walks! Snowflake loves to eat and loves food! She doesn't like to share her food with other dogs so she'll do best as your only canine companion, and will do best in a feline-free home. She is a big fan of the game of fetch, and knows basic commands. Snowflake is very treat motivated and excels with treat puzzles. She is an excellent passenger and enjoys going for rides. Snowflake is staying in a foster home and will be available at the adoption center on Saturdays from 10am-4pm. In order to help make the best match, we do want all family members (dogs and humans) to meet any potential new family member. Our adoption center hours are: Closed Sunday/Monday; Tuesday 10a-2p, Wednesday 3p-7p, Thursday 3p-7p, Friday 10a-2p, Saturday 10a-4p. We are located at 952 W Melody Avenue in Gilbert (zip code 85233).All animals are altered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, licensed (dogs). Cats tested for FELV/FIV. Dogs tested for Heartworm. All animals are available to the first family that is a good match, and if we have more than one animal who is a good match, there will be a lottery for all matches. Note that families must have come in to our adoption center and spoken with an adoption counselor prior to any lottery (when we have lotteries, they usually occur on Saturday mornings).

A family who hikes and runs and is physically active would be good. I would suggest children older than 10 years. She also has personality that will keep you on your toes and laughing. She is a cattle possibly border collie mix. She will need a yard and someone who like to be on the go with her. She travels well in a car, goes for walks and anywhere you want to roam, hike etc. Morticia has personality and has a sassy attitude. She is a lover too. She has a fun personality and will keep you on your toes with her quirky little stunts. She is a great dog who loves belly rubs. You will enjoy many years with her.

Lorelai is a five year old pit mix. She has quite the story- Lorelai was a stray, pregnant and she was hiding under a mobile home. For some odd reason, the people who found her thought they should literally stab her in the back (while pregnant) to slow her down to catch her. HARTT was able to trap her and she had her puppies safely with Love Connection. Lorelai is a small girl who does like other dogs and kids. Carl is an active and fun-loving dog. House trained, kennel trained, knows all basic commands like sit, lay down, stay, come, walk, go get it, door, potty, gentle, treat, play, adventure (car ride), and park. Adores his teddy bear, loves to play fetch at the park, really likes rawhide chews (doesn't have bad breath), and can play hide-and-seek with toys. Very intelligent and loyal. $75 rehoming fee to a loving home where he can be happy and active. We are sadly unable to keep him due to changing lifestyle and unable to give him the activity and attention he deserves. Would do best with an active single person or an active couple without kids or pets!
