They both are super playful, snuggly, affectionate, good on a leash, know basic commands. They are super trainable and food motivated. They have good recall, too! They are great with kids! They have really adaptable temperaments and are great with other dogs/cats. Oh wait. Of course they are! They are collies after all! They are both neutered. Now we need a foster home for them!! Meet Sadie, one of the Smooth 4 dumped on the side of the freeway. But WOW! She is elegant! Sadie is currently with her foster and being socialized with a beautiful pack of adult collies. Though she is shy at first the minute she gets to know you she wants to be in your lap! She is a velcro dog in the best sense of the word. She is playful and adorable with a personality that never stops! She would do great with another dog that wants to play, and teach her the rules of the family. She is a great house dog but will counter surf for yummies. She is spayed and UTD on all her shots. Update on Yummy! This 1-year-old, big puppy is an absolute treasure! From the moment you meet her she draws you into her fun circle! She’s engaging, inquisitive, boisterous, and wants to befriend everyone she meets. She is a lover, a leaner, a licker, and plays beautifully with dogs of all sizes and ages and would be best with a canine playmate. She can be overly playful chasing cats, being the puppy that she is. So will probably be best in a cat-free home. And she is a ball of puppy energy. So, we don’t suggest a family with children under 12. Yummy will need some basic training. But, as with all Collies, she is eager to learn and please. She is spayed and UTD on her vaccines and Yummy is ready to go to her forever home! ***MUST BE ADOPTED AS A PAIR*** Charlie & Lasso are two-year-old Rough Collies. They're bonded and have been with each other since they were puppies. I'm heartbroken to have to give them up for adoption, they are wonderful and sweet dogs. Unfortunately, I am a newly single mother, and I cannot afford to keep them any longer. I had to move after separating from my boyfriend and my landlord isn't allowing me to keep dogs and it's too difficult for me to find other housing that I can afford for me and my two-year-old. Charlie & Lasso are the most friendly and loving dogs. They are wonderful with my two-year-old and have never shown any signs of aggression. They are fully house-trained. They can easily hang inside all day without needing crazy amounts of exercise. They want love and attention. My ex-boyfriend and I got Charlie & Lasso from a breeder in Montana. A yard or outdoor space would be great for them. They need to be adopted by someone who can love and give them attention.

Cherie is a fun, spunky, smiley girl! She is ready for whatever adventure or challenge, and would thrive in a home that kept her training constant or provided regular mental stimulation. :) She is a very smart dog, and has a bursting personality when she gets to know you. She can be a little shy with strangers initially, but the most practice she gets, the better she gets. She is currently working on her social skills with other dogs and small humans, as she isn't the most comfortable and doesn't really know what to do with them. Overall, Cherie may benefit most from a home with adults, and adults and older/teenage children. We feel with proper introduction, she will do well with other dogs as well. :)
