Story
A synonym for grace is kindness... and our Gracie is the very definition of both. On April 20th, we reached out for help for three severely neglected Collies—Gracie, Solomon, and Sam—as well as a bottle feeder for two precious newborn puppies. Despite dedicated veterinary care and the unwavering commitment of their foster, the puppies sadly did not survive. Their sweet mama, Gracie, did. Now this kind-hearted girl is ready to find the forever home she has always deserved. At 7 years old, Gracie's life hasn't been an easy one. She spent years living outdoors in filthy conditions, knowing very little human kindness. Today, she's discovering the simple joys every dog should have—a warm bed, a full belly, gentle hands, and people who love her. And she absolutely blossoms with human connection. When asked to describe Gracie in one word, her foster didn't hesitate: "Kind." Gracie gets along well with other dogs, though she still carries a bit of her mama personality and may gently correct bad behavior when she sees it. She is crate trained, leash trained, and eager to please. Because she has had limited exposure to the world outside her previous environment, she is still learning about new sounds, places, and experiences. Her ideal home is one that will continue showing her patience, love, and guidance as she discovers how wonderful life can be. Gracie isn't the kind of dog who demands endless games of fetch. Instead, she's looking for something much more meaningful—a companion to share life's quiet moments with. Whether as a friend to another dog or as someone's cherished princess, Gracie is ready to give her whole heart to the people who give her a chance. After everything she's endured, we think it's finally Gracie's turn to be loved. Could you be the happy ending she's been waiting for? Story
Some dogs come into your life for a reason. We believe Stardust is one of them. Stardust is searching for the one thing she's never truly had—a person to call her own. Her soulmate. Her best friend. Her forever. While she can tolerate and even get along with other dogs, Stardust's heart is telling us she'd be happiest as your one and only. Your shadow. Your Velcro companion. The one who greets you every morning, follows you from room to room, and reminds you every day just how special the bond between a person and their dog can be. Cats you ask? Although she might be “ok” with cats, we think she’d be best as the only pet in the household. Many of you have followed Stardust's journey. She is deaf and partially blind, but those are simply details—they do not define her. She has adapted beautifully and navigates the world with incredible confidence. She learns quickly, maps out her surroundings in no time, and runs with such joy and freedom that you'd never guess she has any limitations. She's incredibly intelligent, eager to learn (especially when treats are involved!), and happiest when she's close to her people. Picture this... Watching the sunset on the porch? Stardust will be beside you, resting her head in your lap. Working from home? She'll be snoozing contentedly at your feet. Heading out for an adventure? She'll be ready. At the end of the day? She'd love nothing more than a little space on your bed and the comfort of knowing she's finally home. Stardust is a petite girl, weighing just 41 pounds, and we estimate she's between 2 and 3 years old. Her perfect home is one where someone is home most of the time or has a lifestyle that allows their dog to be part of everyday life. More than anything, she's looking for connection, companionship, and the chance to love someone with her whole heart. Could Stardust be the heart dog you've been waiting for? The one who doesn't hear your voice but knows your love. The one who doesn't see every detail but sees you with her heart. The one who will be endlessly devoted, grateful, and by your side through life's everyday moments. Please help us find the person who has been searching for her without even knowing it. If you think that person might be you please fill out an application at: https://collie.org/adoptapplication

This is Cookie. Talk about a great little dog with a big heart. She is smart as a whip. She is a 1 year old Queensland Heeler mix. She is a wonderful size, about 35-lbs. She is good with other dogs, has been very well behaved, and has not had any accidents indoors at the rescue. She looks to her person for directions and wants to please. Her owners landlord said no dogs. He came to us to help find her a new family.

Story
Both of these Red Heeler dogs were abandoned on our property in Temecula. They are very smart and would love a active family. Ranger the bigger dog with both ears upright is extremely good at recall and will heel naturally on or off leash. He loves attention. He is a quick learner. He does have a little nipping red heeler trait but has never bit or ever been aggressive. He has the energy to be active. He loves to follow his person and is extremely loyal. Joey the smaller dog loves, loves attention. He also follows his person and has good recall. He has never been aggressive. He is chill and playful..Ranger is 3 yrs old and Joey is 2 yrs old. They both love the outdoors and adventure. They love to go on walks and hikes. They would thrive on some property, ranch or farm. They both are such good dogs. We are unable to keep them because we work for an airline and are gone several days a month.

Story
Meet LouieLouie, Yes I am double the fun, double the pleasure!!!! I am PLAYFUL, ATHLETIC, SMART AS A WHIP, ADVENTEROUS, AND READY FOR PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING!!!!!!! I love water, I love playing, I love training, attention, walks, car rides, hikes.......BRING IT ON!!!!!!! My Foster Family sings me the song......Louie Louie, oh no, take me where you gotta go!!!!! BORN FEB 2025. POCKET SIZE AT ABOUT 40LBS BUT ATHLETIC!!! We will not lie.....LouieLouie is one of a kind!!!!!!!!! You better be ready for his playful antics because he is the class clown and for adventure and play, he is down!!!!!! Loouie LOVES other dogs (after introductions), is cat friendly, kid friendly, people friendly. He loves life to the fullest, every minute of every day. We feel LouieLouie MUST have a playful companion pup friend, somewhat close to his age, or young enough to engage in some run and fun!!!!!! But once he is done, He is ALLLLLL LOVE!!!!! This boy just has it ALL going on!!!!! Louie was abandoned on the streets as a small pup left to fend for himself. He loves toys and pretty much anything you want to do. He is confident and although we would NEVER be worried about LouieLouie showing aggression, he is proud and present! WE PROMISE OUR RESCUES A LIFE FILLED WITH LOVE AND ADVENTURE WHERE THEY NEVER HAVE TO LOOK BACK ON THE SADDER DAYS OF THEIR NEGLECT. If you are interested in LouieLouie please include your phone number and a paragraph about yourself, your home and your lifestyle. We promise to reach out to you as quickly as possible.
