Story
My name is Magnum! My mama showed up on this lady's doorstep in the desert. She was pregnant with no where to go. Well, the lady did not know she was pregnant until she started to show. She had 8 of us. We are loved by all. We have another stray husky that baby sits us sometimes. She is really great and lets us crawl all over her. Its our foster mom's best guess that our mom is a shepherd collie and dad is unknown. We are true desert mutts. That really is what makes us sweet though. If you would like to adopt me, my mom or one of my siblings then please message roverrangerrescue@gmail for an application. We are fixed, chipped and have all of our shots except rabies. The video is of us with our dog sitter Princess the Husky. (She needs a home too.)March 10, 2024, 11:55 pm

Story
Irish is 1 year old and 45 lbs.  He walks on the leash and plays with all the other young dogs. He can be shy with new people and dogs but when he gets to know you, he's your loyal companion. Irish's best friend is Nala a medium sized Rottweiler mix.  He is playful with all sizes of dogs, and gentle with the small ones.  Nice and friendly with people. He even likes being carried like a baby! Great gentle disposition.  Watch his video--playing with Jingles, another gentle big puppy. Email your application, found on our website under the Adopt a dog tab, and plan to bring your entire family, including other dog/s, to meet him. *Note that young dogs and pure breeds are at the highest end of our prices.* Please find our applications and valuable information under  "Adopt a dog"* on our website:  *www.beaglesandbuddies.com* and email your application to beaglesandbuddies@gmail.com. Let us know your preference of appointment day/time and which dogs you are interested in and we will do our best to accommodate and email you the closest appointment available. Please allow us up to a week to get back to you. Most appointments will be Friday-Sunday, 10 am - 2 pm, for an hour. *Note bring any other dog/s and the entire family to your meet and greet at B&B.* A complimentary training manual is included with each adoption, authored by terristeuben.com. Check out her website - she is fabulous! B&B is glad to be open during the pandemic. We know the value and comfort of a loving pet companion and are doing our best to help the dogs and folks who need them. We update our website daily and are always rescuing, vetting, rehabilitating, socializing. &#226&#128&#139 Are you my furrever family? For further info on the adoption process, please visit our home page and check out the "Adopt a Dog" section, which has thorough instructions.  All our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and  fully vaccinated before adoption; they have been wormed, bathed, socialized, walked daily and much loved; each adoptee leaves with a leash, collar, and all medical records.   Our prices are higher than the shelters' because we nurse the dogs through their illnesses and get them needed surgeries and dentals. We also spend time socializing. Furthermore, unlike shelters, rescues do not get financial aid from the government and must rely on donations, grants, and adoption fees. Our fees for adults start at $150 and usually go up to $750. Young adults that are high in demand may be a little over $750.00. For puppies and purebreds, we charge up to $1000. The lower end is for dogs who have been here a while. The good news is that, because rescues fall under the "charity" category, the fees for our dogs are officially donations and are therefore tax deductible. You can think of it as donating to a worthy cause and getting a dog in return!  Sponsor Me Beagles & Buddies must find ways to raise money so we can continue saving dogs. Your tax-deductible donation keeps our rescue kennel operating!  Hours Friday:  10 am to 3 pm Saturday:  10 am to 3 pm Sunday: 10 am to 3 pm Monday: CLOSED Tuesday: CLOSED Wednesday: CLOSED Thursday: CLOSED &#226&#128&#139 Weekday appointments may be available.  We are a small staff and do our best to accommodate your needs. **Note that during COVID, we are not holding open houses on any day. Please email us for an appointment and include your application (found on our website, beaglesandbuddies.com, under "Forms"). Most appointments will be Friday through Sunday, though other days may also be available. We usually schedule one appointment per hour. Allow 1-2 hours for your appointment. Please look at our website and make a list of one or more dogs that you would like to see. Contacting Us If you have a question about adopting, giving up a dog, boarding, or volunteering, please visit the appropriate tabs on our  home page. Click Here to Sponsor Me! (just write my name in the notes) Adoption APPLICATION: Muttsinneed.org/adoption-application   ** Application must be completed prior to a meet & greet.                                   Our Adoption Process:Muttsinneed.org/adoption-process  Chance is a Four-year-old Shepherd Collie mix. This handsome boy was an owner surrender. When they could no longer care for him they gave him up. He was in a home with two kids. Chance LOVES other dogs and is great with people he knows. He is not good with strangers and cannot go to a home that has people coming in and out.    He loves to go for walks, play with squeaky toys, other dogs, and jump in his baby pool for a dip on hot days… Or even cold days.     He can become protective over his home so again we are looking for a 1 to 2 person household who doesn’t mind putting the dog away when guests come over or the pool/lawn man. He would also do best in a home with another fun dog.    If you would like to meet him please fill out an application:   https://www.muttsinneed.org/adoption-application.htmlJuly 15, 2024, 12:21 am

Story
Nova was abandoned in a wildlife park during a heatwave. We have been fostering her for several weeks since we found her. She is Immediately trusting and easy to drive in the car. She is very intelligent and has been taking to her basic training while in our care. She loves to cuddle and will follow you like a shadow. She is easy to bathe and brush her teeth. She's scared of getting her nails cut but is still easy to do since she is only 28 pounds. She is a wonderful companion animal.
