Click Here to Sponsor Me! (just write my name in the notes) Adoption APPLICATION: Muttsinneed.org/adoption-application   ** Application must be completed prior to a meet & greet.                                   Our Adoption Process:Muttsinneed.org/adoption-process  Chance is a Four-year-old Shepherd Collie mix. This handsome boy was an owner surrender. When they could no longer care for him they gave him up. He was in a home with two kids. Chance LOVES other dogs and is great with people he knows. He is not good with strangers and cannot go to a home that has people coming in and out.    He loves to go for walks, play with squeaky toys, other dogs, and jump in his baby pool for a dip on hot days… Or even cold days.     He can become protective over his home so again we are looking for a 1 to 2 person household who doesn’t mind putting the dog away when guests come over or the pool/lawn man. He would also do best in a home with another fun dog.    If you would like to meet him please fill out an application:   https://www.muttsinneed.org/adoption-application.htmlApril 25, 2024, 1:44 pm

Story
My name is Magnum! My mama showed up on this lady's doorstep in the desert. She was pregnant with no where to go. Well, the lady did not know she was pregnant until she started to show. She had 8 of us. We are loved by all. We have another stray husky that baby sits us sometimes. She is really great and lets us crawl all over her. Its our foster mom's best guess that our mom is a shepherd collie and dad is unknown. We are true desert mutts. That really is what makes us sweet though. If you would like to adopt me, my mom or one of my siblings then please message roverrangerrescue@gmail for an application. We are fixed, chipped and have all of our shots except rabies. The video is of us with our dog sitter Princess the Husky. (She needs a home too.)March 10, 2024, 11:55 pm

Story
Buck's mother was abandoned by her owner. She was pregnant, when Lydia-Poochmatch, received her. Only 2 of her puppies survived. Buck was one of them. Buck is a happy little guy. He is being Fostered in Beaumont. He is living with several other dogs, ranging from 7 lbs to 75 lbs. He is learning how to use a doggie door. He sleeps in a kennel and stays in it when his foster parents leave to run errands. He is very sweet. He loves to play with all the other dogs. Please do NOT call to ask if this puppy is available for adoption. If this listing is still posted then we are still accepting applications. Please read the narrative in it's entirety. Please note our adoption procedures are explained in GREAT DETAIL BELOW. READ, READ, READ. Thank You. . . . . The best match will be selected and contacted to confirm an appointment at Petsmart in Yorba Linda on Saturday between noon and 3 pm or on a mutually agreeable day, time and place. We do not do out-of-state adoptions for puppies and we cannot hold puppies; please submit your application when you are ready to adopt. If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog, please visit our website to complete an adoption application. It is in the ADOPTION folder at the top of our home page. Just fill in the blanks and SEND. The adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, core vaccinations including rabies and 4 sets of distemper/parvo and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc. Puppies are not house-trained although they may have begun crate-training and/or potty pad training in their foster home, depending on their age. House-training is a process that will need to be completed by their adopter. Puppies, if left unsupervised and not redirected will develop negative behaviors such as using the restroom in the wrong place, chewing, barking, whining, etc. Please be sure to do research on raising a puppy and be sure that you are prepared to do so. This is a great article from 3LostDogs that explains the trials and tribulations of puppyhood: http://3lostdogs.com/things-wish-everyone-knew-before-they-get-dog-2/
