Story
Sugar, our beloved pet, is a sweet and affectionate companion. She has a gentle disposition and is wonderful with children and people alike. While she prefers the great outdoors to the indoors, we have cherished the four years we've had her. Regrettably, due to our landlord's strict no-pet policy, we find ourselves in the difficult position of having to find a new home for Sugar. It saddens us to part with her, but we are committed to finding a suitable and loving environment where she can thrive. Sugar is well-behaved and has never caused any damage to our home, aside from her designated dog bed.

Story
Meet Willow!Hi there! My name is Willow, and I'm a sweet and playful four-year-old dog. I absolutely love being around kids, and I'm known for being great with them. Although I can be a bit skittish around men when we first meet, I quickly warm up and become playful once I feel comfortable.I have excellent house manners, which means I know how to behave well inside. I never beg for food, and you won't hear me barking unnecessarily. At night, I love to sleep at the foot of my fosters's bed, keeping them company and providing them with warmth and comfort.Sometimes, when my foster leaves, I may scratch at the door. However, with a bit of training and adjustment, this behavior will improve over time. It could be a good idea to consider using a crate or kennel to help me feel secure and comfortable when I'm alone.Overall, I'm a really nice dog, and I would make a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a loving and loyal furry friend. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. We don't get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Aggie is an approximately 10 year old heeler who is a puppy in disguise! We love this old man so much!! He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm negative. He seems to be house broken and uses a doggie door. He is overweight with a fatty lipoma on his belly that is not causing any issues. We want him to go to someone who won’t overfeed him so he can get healthier. He was dumped in a Houston park and we want him to have a great retirement home!! He needs a secure fence for his safety. Adoptable within one hour of Granbury, Tx. Adoption fee is $100. Applications can be found at www.scftx.org/adopt
